    心靈長滿了繭，無法感覺，也不能同情，
    生活塞滿了事情，容不下半個人影。

    腳步雖是飛奔，卻未見得留下多少成績，
    何時有閒暇欣賞路旁美麗的風景？

    哦，我需要的是片刻的安寧，獨自一人心靈的休憩，
    再一次思想活著的意義，不能繼續讓生命在忙碌中飛去，
    哦，我需要的只是片刻的安寧，獨自一人心靈的休憩，
    再一次思想活著的意義，不能繼續讓生命在忙碌中飛去，飛去。

    哦，我需要的是片刻的安寧，獨自一人心靈的休憩，
    再一次思想活著的意義，不能繼續讓生命在忙碌中飛去，

    我放慢腳步，深深吸一口空氣，生命頓時變得何等美麗！
