哥林多前書（1 Corinthians）

rsv≡林前≡1≡1≡Paul, called by the will of God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus, and our brother Sos'thenes,
cuv≡林前≡1≡2≡寫信給在哥林多神的教會，就是在基督耶穌裡成聖、蒙召作聖徒的，以及所有在各處求告我主耶穌基督之名的人。基督是他們的主，也是我們的主。
rsv≡林前≡1≡2≡To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints together with all those who in every place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, both their Lord and ours:
cuv≡林前≡1≡3≡願恩惠、平安從神我們的父並主耶穌基督歸與你們。
rsv≡林前≡1≡3≡Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
cuv≡林前≡1≡4≡我常為你們感謝我的神，因神在基督耶穌裡所賜給你們的恩惠；
rsv≡林前≡1≡4≡I give thanks to God always for you because of the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus,
cuv≡林前≡1≡5≡又因你們在他裡面凡事富足，口才、知識都全備，
rsv≡林前≡1≡5≡that in every way you were enriched in him with all speech and all knowledge --
cuv≡林前≡1≡6≡正如我為基督作的見證，在你們心裡得以堅固，
rsv≡林前≡1≡6≡even as the testimony to Christ was confirmed among you --
cuv≡林前≡1≡7≡以致你們在恩賜上沒有一樣不及人的，等候我們的主耶穌基督顯現。
rsv≡林前≡1≡7≡so that you are not lacking in any spiritual gift, as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ;
cuv≡林前≡1≡8≡他也必堅固你們到底，叫你們在我們主耶穌基督的日子無可責備。
rsv≡林前≡1≡8≡who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
cuv≡林前≡1≡9≡神是信實的，你們原是被他所召，好與他兒子我們的主耶穌基督一同得分。
rsv≡林前≡1≡9≡God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
cuv≡林前≡1≡10≡弟兄們，我藉我們主耶穌基督的名勸你們都說一樣的話。你們中間也不可分黨，只要一心一意，彼此相合。
rsv≡林前≡1≡10≡I appeal to you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree and that there be no dissensions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.
cuv≡林前≡1≡11≡因為革來氏家裡的人曾對我提起弟兄們來，說你們中間有紛爭。
rsv≡林前≡1≡11≡For it has been reported to me by Chlo'e's people that there is quarreling among you, my brethren.
cuv≡林前≡1≡12≡我的意思就是你們各人說：「我是屬保羅的」；「我是屬亞波羅的」；「我是屬磯法的」；「我是屬基督的」。
rsv≡林前≡1≡12≡What I mean is that each one of you says, 'I belong to Paul,' or 'I belong to Apol'los,' or 'I belong to Cephas,' or 'I belong to Christ.'
cuv≡林前≡1≡13≡基督是分開的麼？保羅為你們釘了十字架麼？你們是奉保羅的名受了洗麼？
rsv≡林前≡1≡13≡Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?
cuv≡林前≡1≡14≡我感謝神，除了基利司布並該猶以外，我沒有給你們一個人施洗；
rsv≡林前≡1≡14≡I am thankful that I baptized none of you except Crispus and Ga'ius;
cuv≡林前≡1≡15≡免得有人說，你們是奉我的名受洗。
rsv≡林前≡1≡15≡lest any one should say that you were baptized in my name.
cuv≡林前≡1≡16≡我也給司提法那家施過洗，此外給別人施洗沒有，我卻記不清。
rsv≡林前≡1≡16≡(I did baptize also the household of Steph'anas. Beyond that, I do not know whether I baptized any one else.)
cuv≡林前≡1≡17≡基督差遣我，原不是為施洗，乃是為傳福音，並不用智慧的言語，免得基督的十字架落了空。
rsv≡林前≡1≡17≡For Christ did not send me to baptize but to preach the gospel, and not with eloquent wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.
cuv≡林前≡1≡18≡因為十字架的道理，在那滅亡的人為愚拙；在我們得救的人，卻為神的大能。
rsv≡林前≡1≡18≡For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
cuv≡林前≡1≡19≡就如經上所記：我要滅絕智慧人的智慧，廢棄聰明人的聰明。
rsv≡林前≡1≡19≡For it is written, 'I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the cleverness of the clever I will thwart.'
cuv≡林前≡1≡20≡智慧人在那裡？文士在那裡？這世上的辯士在那裡？神豈不是叫這世上的智慧變成愚拙麼？
rsv≡林前≡1≡20≡Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
cuv≡林前≡1≡21≡世人憑自己的智慧，既不認識神，神就樂意用人所當作愚拙的道理，拯救那些信的人；這就是神的智慧了。
rsv≡林前≡1≡21≡For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe.
cuv≡林前≡1≡22≡猶太人是要神蹟，希利尼人是求智慧，
rsv≡林前≡1≡22≡For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom,
cuv≡林前≡1≡23≡我們卻是傳釘十字架的基督，在猶太人為絆腳石，在外邦人為愚拙；
rsv≡林前≡1≡23≡but we preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles,
cuv≡林前≡1≡24≡但在那蒙召的，無論是猶太人、希利尼人，基督總為神的能力，神的智慧。
rsv≡林前≡1≡24≡but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
cuv≡林前≡1≡25≡因神的愚拙總比人智慧，神的軟弱總比人強壯。
rsv≡林前≡1≡25≡For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
cuv≡林前≡1≡26≡弟兄們哪，可見你們蒙召的，按著肉體有智慧的不多，有能力的不多，有尊貴的也不多。
rsv≡林前≡1≡26≡For consider your call, brethren; not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth;
cuv≡林前≡1≡27≡神卻揀選了世上愚拙的，叫有智慧的羞愧；又揀選了世上軟弱的，叫那強壯的羞愧。
rsv≡林前≡1≡27≡but God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong,
cuv≡林前≡1≡28≡神也揀選了世上卑賤的，被人厭惡的，以及那無有的，為要廢掉那有的。
rsv≡林前≡1≡28≡God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are,
cuv≡林前≡1≡29≡使一切有血氣的，在神面前一個也不能自誇。
rsv≡林前≡1≡29≡so that no human being might boast in the presence of God.
cuv≡林前≡1≡30≡但你們得在基督耶穌裡，是本乎神，神又使他成為我們的智慧、公義、聖潔、救贖。
rsv≡林前≡1≡30≡He is the source of your life in Christ Jesus, whom God made our wisdom, our righteousness and sanctification and redemption;
cuv≡林前≡1≡31≡如經上所記：『誇口的，當指著主誇口。』
rsv≡林前≡1≡31≡therefore, as it is written, 'Let him who boasts, boast of the Lord.'
cuv≡林前≡2≡1≡弟兄們，從前我到你們那裡去，並沒有用高言大智對你們宣傳神的奧秘。
rsv≡林前≡2≡1≡When I came to you, brethren, I did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God in lofty words or wisdom.
cuv≡林前≡2≡2≡因為我曾定了主意，在你們中間不知道別的，只知道耶穌基督並他釘十字架。
rsv≡林前≡2≡2≡For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
cuv≡林前≡2≡3≡我在你們那裡，又軟弱又懼怕，又甚戰兢。
rsv≡林前≡2≡3≡And I was with you in weakness and in much fear and trembling;
cuv≡林前≡2≡4≡我說的話、講的道，不是用智慧委婉的言語，乃是用聖靈和大能的明證，
rsv≡林前≡2≡4≡and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,
cuv≡林前≡2≡5≡叫你們的信不在乎人的智慧，只在乎神的大能。
rsv≡林前≡2≡5≡that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.
cuv≡林前≡2≡6≡然而，在完全的人中，我們也講智慧。但不是這世上的智慧，也不是這世上有權有位、將要敗亡之人的智慧。
rsv≡林前≡2≡6≡Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away.
cuv≡林前≡2≡7≡我們講的，乃是從前所隱藏、神奧秘的智慧，就是神在萬世以前預定使我們得榮耀的。
rsv≡林前≡2≡7≡But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glorification.
cuv≡林前≡2≡8≡這智慧世上有權有位的人沒有一個知道的、他們若知道，就不把榮耀的主釘在十字架上了。
rsv≡林前≡2≡8≡None of the rulers of this age understood this; for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
cuv≡林前≡2≡9≡如經上所記：神為愛他的人所預備的是眼睛未曾看見，耳朵未曾聽見，人心也未曾想到的。
rsv≡林前≡2≡9≡But, as it is written, 'What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him,'
cuv≡林前≡2≡10≡只有神藉著聖靈向我們顯明了，因為聖靈參透萬事，就是神深奧的事也參透了。
rsv≡林前≡2≡10≡God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
cuv≡林前≡2≡11≡除了在人裡頭的靈，誰知道人的事；像這樣，除了神的靈，也沒有人知道神的事。
rsv≡林前≡2≡11≡For what person knows a man's thoughts except the spirit of the man which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.
cuv≡林前≡2≡12≡我們所領受的，並不是世上的靈，乃是從神來的靈，叫我們能知道神恩賜給我們的事。
rsv≡林前≡2≡12≡Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might understand the gifts bestowed on us by God.
cuv≡林前≡2≡13≡並且我們講說這些事，不是用人智慧所指教的言語，乃是用聖靈所指教的言語，將屬靈的話解釋屬靈的事。（或作：將屬靈的事講與屬靈的人）
rsv≡林前≡2≡13≡And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who possess the Spirit.
cuv≡林前≡2≡14≡然而，屬血氣的人不領會神聖靈的事，反倒以為愚拙，並且不能知道，因為這些事惟有屬靈的人纔能看透。
rsv≡林前≡2≡14≡The unspiritual man does not receive the gifts of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.
cuv≡林前≡2≡15≡屬靈的人能看透萬事，卻沒有一人能看透了他。
rsv≡林前≡2≡15≡The spiritual man judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.
cuv≡林前≡2≡16≡誰曾知道主的心去教導他呢？但我們是有基督的心了。
rsv≡林前≡2≡16≡'For who has known the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?' But we have the mind of Christ.
cuv≡林前≡3≡1≡弟兄們，我從前對你們說話，不能把你們當作屬靈的，只得把你們當作屬肉體，在基督裡為嬰孩的。
rsv≡林前≡3≡1≡But I, brethren, could not address you as spiritual men, but as men of the flesh, as babes in Christ.
cuv≡林前≡3≡2≡我是用奶餵你們，沒有用飯餵你們。那時你們不能喫，就是如今還是不能。
rsv≡林前≡3≡2≡I fed you with milk, not solid food; for you were not ready for it;and even yet you are not ready,
cuv≡林前≡3≡3≡你們仍是屬肉體的，因為在你們中間有嫉妒、紛爭，這豈不是屬乎肉體、照著世人的樣子行麼？
rsv≡林前≡3≡3≡for you are still of the flesh. For while there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not of the flesh, and behaving like ordinary men?
cuv≡林前≡3≡4≡有說：「我是屬保羅的」；有說：「我是屬亞波羅的。」這豈不是你們和世人一樣麼？
rsv≡林前≡3≡4≡For when one says, 'I belong to Paul,' and another, 'I belong to Apol'los,' are you not merely men?
cuv≡林前≡3≡5≡亞波羅算甚麼？保羅算甚麼？無非是執事，照主所賜給他們各人的，引導你們相信。
rsv≡林前≡3≡5≡What then is Apol'los? What is Paul? Servants through whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each.
cuv≡林前≡3≡6≡我栽種了，亞波羅澆灌了，惟有神叫他生長。
rsv≡林前≡3≡6≡I planted, Apol'los watered, but God gave the growth.
cuv≡林前≡3≡7≡可見栽種的，算不得甚麼，澆灌的，也算不得甚麼；只在那叫他生長的神。
rsv≡林前≡3≡7≡So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
cuv≡林前≡3≡8≡栽種的和澆灌的，都是一樣，但將來各人要照自己的工夫得自己的賞賜。
rsv≡林前≡3≡8≡He who plants and he who waters are equal, and each shall receive his wages according to his labor.
cuv≡林前≡3≡9≡因為我們是與神同工的；你們是神所耕種的田地，所建造的房屋。
rsv≡林前≡3≡9≡For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building.
cuv≡林前≡3≡10≡我照神所給我的恩，好像一個聰明的工頭，立好了根基，有別人在上面建造；只是各人要謹慎怎樣在上面建造。
rsv≡林前≡3≡10≡According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and another man is building upon it. Let each man take care how he builds upon it.
cuv≡林前≡3≡11≡因為那已經立好的根基就是耶穌基督，此外沒有人能立別的根基。
rsv≡林前≡3≡11≡For no other foundation can any one lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
cuv≡林前≡3≡12≡若有人用金、銀、寶石、草木，禾楷在這根基上建造，
rsv≡林前≡3≡12≡Now if any one builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw --
cuv≡林前≡3≡13≡各人的工程必然顯露，因為那日子要將他表明出來，有火發現；這火要試驗各人的工程怎樣。
rsv≡林前≡3≡13≡each man's work will become manifest; for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done.
cuv≡林前≡3≡14≡人在那根基上所建造的工程若存得住，他就要得賞賜。
rsv≡林前≡3≡14≡If the work which any man has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward.
cuv≡林前≡3≡15≡人的工程若被燒了，他就要受虧損，自己卻要得救；雖然得救，乃像從火裡經過的一樣。
rsv≡林前≡3≡15≡If any man's work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire.
cuv≡林前≡3≡16≡豈不知你們是神的殿，神的靈住在你們裡頭麼？
rsv≡林前≡3≡16≡Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you?
cuv≡林前≡3≡17≡若有人毀壞神的殿，神必要毀壞那人；因為神的殿是聖的，這殿就是你們。
rsv≡林前≡3≡17≡If any one destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and that temple you are.
cuv≡林前≡3≡18≡人不可自欺。你們中間若有人在這世界自以為有智慧，倒不如變作愚拙，好成為有智慧的。
rsv≡林前≡3≡18≡Let no one deceive himself. If any one among you thinks that he is wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
cuv≡林前≡3≡19≡因這世界的智慧，在神看是愚拙。如經上記著說：『主叫有智慧的，中了自己的詭計」；
rsv≡林前≡3≡19≡For the wisdom of this world is folly with God. For it is written, 'He catches the wise in their craftiness,'
cuv≡林前≡3≡20≡又說：『主知道智慧人的意念是虛妄的。』
rsv≡林前≡3≡20≡and again, 'The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.'
cuv≡林前≡3≡21≡所以無論誰，都不可拿人誇口，因為萬有全是你們的。
rsv≡林前≡3≡21≡So let no one boast of men. For all things are yours,
cuv≡林前≡3≡22≡或保羅，或亞波羅，或磯法，或世界，或生，或死，或現今的事，或將來的事，全是你們的；
rsv≡林前≡3≡22≡whether Paul or Apol'los or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the future, all are yours;
cuv≡林前≡3≡23≡並且你們是屬基督的，基督又是屬神的。
rsv≡林前≡3≡23≡and you are Christ's; and Christ is God's.
cuv≡林前≡4≡1≡人應當以我們為基督的執事，為神奧秘事的管家。
rsv≡林前≡4≡1≡This is how one should regard us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.
cuv≡林前≡4≡2≡所求於管家的，是要他有忠心。
rsv≡林前≡4≡2≡Moreover it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.
cuv≡林前≡4≡3≡我被你們論斷，或被別人論斷，我都以為極小的事；連我自己也不論斷自己。
rsv≡林前≡4≡3≡But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you or by any human court. I do not even judge myself.
cuv≡林前≡4≡4≡我雖不覺得自己有錯，卻也不能因此得以稱義；但判斷我的乃是主。
rsv≡林前≡4≡4≡I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby acquitted. It is the Lord who judges me.
cuv≡林前≡4≡5≡所以，時候未到，甚麼都不要論斷，只等主來，他要照出暗中的隱情，顯明人心的意念。那時，各人要從神那裡得著稱讚。
rsv≡林前≡4≡5≡Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then every man will receive his commendation from God.
cuv≡林前≡4≡6≡弟兄們，我為你們的緣故，拿這些事轉比自己和亞波羅，叫你們效法我們不可過於聖經所記，免得你們自高自大，貴重這個，輕看那個。
rsv≡林前≡4≡6≡I have applied all this to myself and Apol'los for your benefit, brethren, that you may learn by us not to go beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up in favor of one against another.
cuv≡林前≡4≡7≡使你與人不同的是誰呢？你有甚麼不是領受的呢；若是領受的，為何自誇，彷彿不是領受的呢？
rsv≡林前≡4≡7≡For who sees anything different in you? What have you that you did not receive? If then you received it, why do you boast as if it were not a gift?
cuv≡林前≡4≡8≡你們已經飽足了！已經豐富了！不用我們，自己就作王了！我願意你們果真作王，叫我們也得與你們一同作王。
rsv≡林前≡4≡8≡Already you are filled! Already you have become rich! Without us you have become kings! And would that you did reign, so that we might share the rule with you!
cuv≡林前≡4≡9≡我想神把我們使徒明明列在末後，好像定死罪的囚犯；因為我們成了一臺戲，給世人和天使觀看。
rsv≡林前≡4≡9≡For I think that God has exhibited us apostles as last of all, like men sentenced to death; because we have become a spectacle to the world, to angels and to men.
cuv≡林前≡4≡10≡我們為基督的緣故算是愚拙的，你們在基督裡倒是聰明的；我們軟弱，你們倒強壯；你們有榮耀，我們倒被藐視。
rsv≡林前≡4≡10≡We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are held in honor, but we in disrepute.
cuv≡林前≡4≡11≡直到如今，我們還是又飢又渴，又赤身露體，又挨打，又沒有一定的住處，
rsv≡林前≡4≡11≡To the present hour we hunger and thirst, we are ill-clad and buffeted and homeless,
cuv≡林前≡4≡12≡並且勞苦，親手作工。被人咒罵，我們就祝福；被人逼迫，我們就忍受；
rsv≡林前≡4≡12≡and we labor, working with our own hands. When reviled, we bless; when persecuted, we endure;
cuv≡林前≡4≡13≡被人毀謗，我們就善勸。直到如今，人還把我們看作世界上的污穢，萬物中的渣滓。
rsv≡林前≡4≡13≡when slandered, we try to conciliate; we have become, and are now, as the refuse of the world, the offscouring of all things.
cuv≡林前≡4≡14≡我寫這話，不是叫你們羞愧，乃是警戒你們，好像我所親愛的兒女一樣。
rsv≡林前≡4≡14≡I do not write this to make you ashamed, but to admonish you as my beloved children.
cuv≡林前≡4≡15≡你們學基督的，師傅雖有一萬，為父的卻是不多，因我在基督耶穌裡用福音生了你們。
rsv≡林前≡4≡15≡For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.
cuv≡林前≡4≡16≡所以，我求你們效法我。
rsv≡林前≡4≡16≡I urge you, then, be imitators of me.
cuv≡林前≡4≡17≡因此我已打發提摩太到你們那裡去。他在主裡面，是我所親愛，有忠心的兒子。他必提醒你們，記念我在基督裡怎樣行事，在各處各教會中怎樣教導人。
rsv≡林前≡4≡17≡Therefore I sent to you Timothy, my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, to remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach them everywhere in every church.
cuv≡林前≡4≡18≡有些人自高自大，以為我不到你們那裡去；
rsv≡林前≡4≡18≡Some are arrogant, as though I were not coming to you.
cuv≡林前≡4≡19≡然而，主若許我，我必快到你們那裡去，並且我所要知道的，不是那些自高自大之人的言語，乃是他們的權能。
rsv≡林前≡4≡19≡But I will come to you soon, if the Lord wills, and I will find out not the talk of these arrogant people but their power.
cuv≡林前≡4≡20≡因為神的國不在乎言語，乃在乎權能。
rsv≡林前≡4≡20≡For the kingdom of God does not consist in talk but in power.
cuv≡林前≡4≡21≡你們願意怎麼樣呢？是願意我帶著刑杖到你們那裡去呢？還是要我存慈愛溫柔的心呢？
rsv≡林前≡4≡21≡What do you wish? Shall I come to you with a rod, or with love in a spirit of gentleness?
cuv≡林前≡5≡1≡風聞在你們中間有淫亂的事。這樣的淫亂連外邦人中也沒有，就是有人收了他的繼母。
rsv≡林前≡5≡1≡It is actually reported that there is immorality among you, and of a kind that is not found even among pagans; for a man is living with his father's wife.
cuv≡林前≡5≡2≡你們還是自高自大，並不哀痛，把行這事的人從你們中間趕出去。
rsv≡林前≡5≡2≡And you are arrogant! Ought you not rather to mourn? Let him who has done this be removed from among you.
cuv≡林前≡5≡3≡我身子雖不在你們那裡，心卻在你們那裡，好像我親自與你們同在，已經判斷了行這事的人。
rsv≡林前≡5≡3≡For though absent in body I am present in spirit, and as if present, I have already pronounced judgment
cuv≡林前≡5≡4≡就是你們聚會的時候，我的心也同在。奉我們主耶穌的名，並用我們主耶穌的權能，
rsv≡林前≡5≡4≡in the name of the Lord Jesus on the man who has done such a thing. When you are assembled, and my spirit is present, with the power of our Lord Jesus,

rsv≡林前≡5≡7≡Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump, as you really are unleavened. For Christ, our paschal lamb, has been sacrificed.

rsv≡林前≡5≡8≡Let us, therefore, celebrate the festival, not with the old leaven, the leaven of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

rsv≡林前≡5≡10≡not at all meaning the immoral of this world, or the greedy and robbers, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world.
cuv≡林前≡5≡11≡但如今我寫信給你們說，若有稱為弟兄是行淫亂的，或貪婪的，或拜偶像的，或辱罵的，或醉酒的，或勒索的，這樣的人不可與他相交，就是與他喫飯都不可。
rsv≡林前≡5≡11≡But rather I wrote to you not to associate with any one who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or robber -- not even to eat with such a one.

rsv≡林前≡5≡12≡For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge?

rsv≡林前≡6≡2≡Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you incompetent to try trivial cases?

rsv≡林前≡6≡3≡Do you not know that we are to judge angels? How much more, matters pertaining to this life!
cuv≡林前≡6≡4≡既是這樣，你們若有今生的事當審判，是派教會所輕看的人審判麼？
rsv≡林前≡6≡4≡If then you have such cases, why do you lay them before those who are least esteemed by the church?

rsv≡林前≡6≡5≡I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is no man among you wise enough to decide between members of the brotherhood,

rsv≡林前≡6≡7≡To have lawsuits at all with one another is defeat for you. Why not rather suffer wrong? Why not rather be defrauded?

rsv≡林前≡6≡8≡But you yourselves wrong and defraud, and that even your own brethren.

rsv≡林前≡6≡9≡Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor sexual perverts,
cuv≡林前≡6≡10≡偷竊的、貪婪的、醉酒的、辱罵的、勒索的，都不能承受神的國。
rsv≡林前≡6≡10≡nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor robbers will inherit the kingdom of God.

rsv≡林前≡7≡15≡But if the unbelieving partner desires to separate, let itbe so; in such a case the brother or sister is not bound. For God has called us to peace.
cuv≡林前≡7≡16≡你這作妻子的，怎麼知道不能救你的丈夫呢？你這作丈夫的，怎麼知道不能救你的妻子呢？
rsv≡林前≡7≡16≡Wife, how do you know whether you will save your husband? Husband, how do you know whether you will save your wife?
cuv≡林前≡7≡17≡只要照主所分給各人的，和神所召各人的而行。我吩咐各教會都是這樣。
rsv≡林前≡7≡17≡Only, let every one lead the life which the Lord has assigned to him, and in which God has called him. This is my rule in all the churches.
cuv≡林前≡7≡18≡有人已受割禮蒙召呢，就不要廢割禮；有人未受割禮蒙召呢，就不要受割禮。
rsv≡林前≡7≡18≡Was any one at the time of his call already circumcised? Let him not seek to remove the marks of circumcision. Was any one at the time of his call uncircumcised? Let him not seek circumcision.

rsv≡林前≡7≡34≡and his interests are divided. And the unmarried woman or girl is anxious about the affairs of the Lord, how to be holy in body and spirit; but the married woman is anxious about worldly affairs, how to please her husband.
cuv≡林前≡7≡35≡我說這話是為你們的益處，不是要牢籠你們，乃是要叫你們行合宜的事，得以殷勤服事主，沒有分心的事。
rsv≡林前≡7≡35≡I say this for your own benefit, not to lay any restraint upon you, but to promote good order and to secure your undivided devotion to the Lord.
cuv≡林前≡7≡36≡若有人以為自己待他的女兒不合宜，女兒也過了年歲，事又當行，他就可隨意辦理，不算有罪，叫二人成親就是了。
rsv≡林前≡7≡36≡If any one thinks that he is not behaving properly toward his betrothed, if his passions are strong, and it has to be, let him do as he wishes: let them marry -- it is no sin.

rsv≡林前≡8≡10≡For if any one sees you, a man of knowledge, at table in an idol's temple, might he not be encouraged, if his conscience is weak, to eat food offered to idols?

rsv≡林前≡8≡11≡And so by your knowledge this weak man is destroyed, the brother for whom Christ died.

rsv≡林前≡8≡12≡Thus, sinning against your brethren and wounding their conscience when it is weak, you sin against Christ.

rsv≡林前≡9≡7≡Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard without eating any of its fruit? Who tends a flock without getting some of the milk?
cuv≡林前≡9≡8≡我說這話，豈是照人的意見；律法不也是這樣說麼？
rsv≡林前≡9≡8≡Do I say this on human authority? Does not the law say the same?

rsv≡林前≡9≡11≡If we have sown spiritual good among you, is it too much if we reap your material benefits?
cuv≡林前≡9≡12≡若別人在你們身上有這權柄，何況我們呢？然而，我們沒有用過這權柄，倒凡事忍受，免得基督的福音被阻隔。
rsv≡林前≡9≡12≡If others share this rightful claim upon you, do not we still more? Nevertheless, we have not made use of this right, but we endure anything rather than put an obstacle in the way of the gospel of Christ.
cuv≡林前≡9≡13≡你們豈不知為聖事勞碌的就喫殿中的物麼？伺候祭壇的就分領壇上的物麼？
rsv≡林前≡9≡13≡Do you not know that those who are employed in the temple service get their food from the temple, and those who serve at the altar share in the sacrificial offerings?
cuv≡林前≡9≡14≡主也是這樣命定，叫傳福音的靠福音養生。
rsv≡林前≡9≡14≡In the same way, the Lord commanded that those who proclaim the gospel should get their living by the gospel.
cuv≡林前≡9≡15≡但這權柄我全沒有用過。我寫這話，並非要你們這樣待我，因為我寧可死也不叫人使我所誇的落了空。
rsv≡林前≡9≡15≡But I have made no use of any of these rights, nor am I writing this to secure any such provision. For I would rather die than have any one deprive me of my ground for boasting.
cuv≡林前≡9≡16≡我傳福音原沒有可誇的，因為我是不得已的。若不傳福音，我便有禍了。
rsv≡林前≡9≡16≡For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!

rsv≡林前≡9≡17≡For if I do this of my own will, I have a reward; but if not of my own will, I am entrusted with a commission.

rsv≡林前≡9≡21≡To those outside the law I became as one outside the law -- not being without law toward God but under the law of Christ -- that I might win those outside the law.
cuv≡林前≡9≡22≡向軟弱的人，我就作軟弱的人，為要得軟弱的人。向甚麼樣的人，我就作甚麼樣的人。無論如何，總要救些人。
rsv≡林前≡9≡22≡To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.

rsv≡林前≡9≡24≡Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it.
cuv≡林前≡9≡25≡凡較力爭勝的，諸事都有節制，他們不過是要得能壞的冠冕；我們卻是要得不能壞的冠冕。
rsv≡林前≡9≡25≡Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.
cuv≡林前≡9≡26≡所以，我奔跑不像無定向的；我鬥拳不像打空氣的。
rsv≡林前≡9≡26≡Well, I do not run aimlessly, I do not box as one beating the air;

cuv≡林前≡10≡1≡弟兄們，我不願意你們不曉得，我們的祖宗從前都在雲下，都從海中經過，
rsv≡林前≡10≡1≡I want you to know, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea,
cuv≡林前≡10≡2≡都在雲裡、海裡受洗歸了摩西；

cuv≡林前≡10≡4≡也都喝了一樣的靈水。所喝的，是出於隨著他們的靈磐石；那磐石就是基督。
rsv≡林前≡10≡4≡and all drank the same supernatural drink. For they drank from the supernatural Rock which followed them, and the Rock was Christ.
cuv≡林前≡10≡5≡但他們中間多半是神不喜歡的人，所以在曠野倒斃。
rsv≡林前≡10≡5≡Nevertheless with most of them God was not pleased; for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
cuv≡林前≡10≡6≡這些事都是我們的鑑戒，叫我們不要貪戀惡事，像他們那樣貪戀的；
rsv≡林前≡10≡6≡Now these things are warnings for us, not to desire evil as they did.

rsv≡林前≡10≡11≡Now these things happened to them as a warning, but they were written down for our instruction, upon whom the end of the ages has come.

rsv≡林前≡10≡18≡Consider the people of Israel; are not those who eat the sacrifices partners in the altar?
cuv≡林前≡10≡19≡我是怎麼說呢？豈是說祭偶像之物算得甚麼呢？或說偶像算得甚麼呢？
rsv≡林前≡10≡19≡What do I imply then? That food offered to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything?
cuv≡林前≡10≡20≡我乃是說，外邦人所獻的祭是祭鬼，不是祭神。我不願意你們與鬼相交。
rsv≡林前≡10≡20≡No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice they offer to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be partners with demons.
cuv≡林前≡10≡21≡你們不能喝主的杯又喝鬼的杯，不能喫主的筵席又喫鬼的筵席。
rsv≡林前≡10≡21≡You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.
cuv≡林前≡10≡22≡我們可惹主的憤恨麼？我們比他還有能力麼？
rsv≡林前≡10≡22≡Shall we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?
cuv≡林前≡10≡23≡凡事都可行，但不都有益處。凡事都可行，但不都造就人。
rsv≡林前≡10≡23≡'All things are lawful,' but not all things are helpful. 'All things are lawful,' but not all things build up.

cuv≡林前≡10≡27≡倘有一個不信的人請你們赴席，你們若願意去，凡擺在你們面前的，只管喫，不要為良心的緣故問甚麼話。
rsv≡林前≡10≡27≡If one of the unbelievers invites you to dinner and you are disposed to go, eat whatever is set before you without raising any question on the ground of conscience.

rsv≡林前≡10≡28≡(But if some one says to you, 'This has been offered in sacrifice,' then out of consideration for the man who informed you, and for conscience' sake --

rsv≡林前≡10≡29≡I mean his conscience, not yours -- do not eat it.) For why should my liberty be determined by another man's scruples?

rsv≡林前≡10≡30≡If I partake with thankfulness, why am I denounced because of that for which I give thanks?

rsv≡林前≡10≡31≡So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

rsv≡林前≡11≡6≡For if a woman will not veil herself, then she should cut off her hair; but if it is disgraceful for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her wear a veil.

rsv≡林前≡11≡13≡Judge for yourselves; is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered?
cuv≡林前≡11≡14≡你們的本性不也指示你們，男人若有長頭髮，便是他的羞辱麼？
rsv≡林前≡11≡14≡Does not nature itself teach you that for a man to wear long hair is degrading to him,
cuv≡林前≡11≡15≡但女人有長頭髮，乃是他的榮耀，因為這頭髮是給他作蓋頭的。
rsv≡林前≡11≡15≡but if a woman has long hair, it is her pride? For her hair is given to her for a covering.
cuv≡林前≡11≡16≡若有人想要辯駁，我們卻沒有這樣的規矩，神的眾教會也是沒有的。
rsv≡林前≡11≡16≡If any one is disposed to be contentious, we recognize no other practice, nor do the churches of God.
cuv≡林前≡11≡17≡我現今吩咐你們的話，不是稱讚你們；因為你們聚會不是受益，乃是招損。
rsv≡林前≡11≡17≡But in the following instructions I do not commend you, because when you come together it is not for the better but for the worse.
cuv≡林前≡11≡18≡第一，我聽說，你們聚會的時候彼此分門別類，我也稍微的信這話。
rsv≡林前≡11≡18≡For, in the first place, when you assemble as a church, I hear that there are divisions among you; and I partly believe it,
cuv≡林前≡11≡19≡在你們中間不免有分門結黨的事，好叫那些經驗的人顯明出來。
rsv≡林前≡11≡19≡for there must be factions among you in order that those who are genuine among you may be recognized.
cuv≡林前≡11≡20≡你們聚會的時候，算不得喫主的晚餐；
rsv≡林前≡11≡20≡When you meet together, it is not the Lord's supper that you eat.
cuv≡林前≡11≡21≡因為喫的時候，各人先喫自己的飯，甚至這個飢餓，那個酒醉。
rsv≡林前≡11≡21≡For in eating, each one goes ahead with his own meal, and one is hungry and another is drunk.
cuv≡林前≡11≡22≡你們要喫喝，難道沒有家麼？還是藐視神的教會，叫那沒有的羞愧呢？我向你們可怎麼說呢？可因此稱讚你們麼？我不稱讚！
rsv≡林前≡11≡22≡What! Do you not have houses to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of God and humiliate those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I commend you in this? No, I will not.
cuv≡林前≡11≡23≡我當日傳給你們的，原是從主領受的，就是主耶穌被賣的那一夜，拿起餅來，
rsv≡林前≡11≡23≡For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread,
cuv≡林前≡11≡24≡祝謝了，就擘開，說：「這是我的身體，為你們捨（有古卷：擘開）的，你們應當如此行，為的是記念我。」
rsv≡林前≡11≡24≡and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, 'This is my body which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.'
cuv≡林前≡11≡25≡飯後，也照樣拿起杯來，說：「這杯是用我的血所立的新約，你們每逢喝的時候，要如此行，為的是記念我。」
rsv≡林前≡11≡25≡In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.'
cuv≡林前≡11≡26≡你們每逢喫這餅，喝這杯，是表明主的死，直等到他來。
rsv≡林前≡11≡26≡For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.
cuv≡林前≡11≡27≡所以，無論何人，不按理喫主的餅，喝主的杯，就是干犯主的身、主的血了。
rsv≡林前≡11≡27≡Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord.
cuv≡林前≡11≡28≡人應當自己省察，然後喫這餅、喝這杯。
rsv≡林前≡11≡28≡Let a man examine himself, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup.
cuv≡林前≡11≡29≡因為人喫喝，若不分辨是主的身體，就是喫喝自己的罪了。
rsv≡林前≡11≡29≡For any one who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself.
cuv≡林前≡11≡30≡因此，在你們中間有好些軟弱的與患病的，死（原文是睡）的也不少。
rsv≡林前≡11≡30≡That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some have died.
cuv≡林前≡11≡31≡我們若是先分辨自己，就不至於受審。
rsv≡林前≡11≡31≡But if we judged ourselves truly, we should not be judged.
cuv≡林前≡11≡32≡我們受審的時候，乃是被主懲治，免得我們和世人一同定罪。
rsv≡林前≡11≡32≡But when we are judged by the Lord, we are chastened so that we may not be condemned along with the world.
cuv≡林前≡11≡33≡所以我弟兄們，你們聚會喫的時候，要彼此等待。
rsv≡林前≡11≡33≡So then, my brethren, when you come together to eat, wait for one another --
cuv≡林前≡11≡34≡若有人飢餓，可以在家裡先喫，免得你們聚會，自己取罪。其餘的事，我來的時候再安排。
rsv≡林前≡11≡34≡if any one is hungry, let him eat at home -- lest you come together to be condemned. About the other things I will give directions when I come.
cuv≡林前≡12≡1≡弟兄們，論到屬靈的恩賜，我不願意你們不明白。
rsv≡林前≡12≡1≡Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be uninformed.
cuv≡林前≡12≡2≡你們作外邦人的時候，隨事被牽引，受迷惑，去服事那啞吧偶像，這是你們知道的。
rsv≡林前≡12≡2≡You know that when you were heathen, you were led astray to dumb idols, however you may have been moved.
cuv≡林前≡12≡3≡所以我告訴你們，被神的靈感動的，沒有說「耶穌是可咒詛」的；若不是被聖靈感動的，也沒有能說「耶穌是主」的。
rsv≡林前≡12≡3≡Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking by the Spirit of God ever says 'Jesus be cursed!' and no one can say 'Jesus is Lord' except by the Holy Spirit.
cuv≡林前≡12≡4≡恩賜原有分別，聖靈卻是一位。
rsv≡林前≡12≡4≡Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;
cuv≡林前≡12≡5≡職事也有分別，主卻是一位。
rsv≡林前≡12≡5≡and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord;
cuv≡林前≡12≡6≡功用也有分別，神卻是一位，在眾人裡面運行一切的事。
rsv≡林前≡12≡6≡and there are varieties of working, but it is the same God who inspires them all in every one.
cuv≡林前≡12≡7≡聖靈顯在各人身上，是叫人得益處。
rsv≡林前≡12≡7≡To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.
cuv≡林前≡12≡8≡這人蒙聖靈賜他智慧的言語，那人也蒙這位聖靈賜他知識的言語，
rsv≡林前≡12≡8≡To one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,
cuv≡林前≡12≡9≡又有一人蒙這位聖靈賜他信心，還有一人蒙這位聖靈賜他醫病的恩賜，
rsv≡林前≡12≡9≡to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,
cuv≡林前≡12≡10≡又叫一人能行異能，又叫一人能作先知，又叫一人能辨別諸靈，又叫一人能說方言，又叫一人能翻方言。
rsv≡林前≡12≡10≡to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.
cuv≡林前≡12≡11≡這一切都是這位聖靈所運行、隨己意分給各人的。
rsv≡林前≡12≡11≡All these are inspired by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.
cuv≡林前≡12≡12≡就如身子是一個，卻有許多肢體；而且肢體雖多，仍是一個身子；基督也是這樣。
rsv≡林前≡12≡12≡For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.

rsv≡林前≡12≡17≡If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell?

rsv≡林前≡12≡18≡But as it is, God arranged the organs in the body, each one of them, as he chose.

rsv≡林前≡12≡19≡If all were a single organ, where would the body be?
cuv≡林前≡12≡20≡但如今肢體是多的，身子卻是一個。
rsv≡林前≡12≡20≡As it is, there are many parts, yet one body.
cuv≡林前≡12≡21≡眼不能對手說：「我用不著你；」頭也不能對腳說：「我用不著你。」
rsv≡林前≡12≡21≡The eye cannot say to the hand, 'I have no need of you,' nor again the head to the feet, 'I have no need of you.'
cuv≡林前≡12≡22≡不但如此，身上肢體人以為軟弱的，更是不可少的。
rsv≡林前≡12≡22≡On the contrary, the parts of the body which seem to be weaker are indispensable,
cuv≡林前≡12≡23≡身上肢體，我們看為不體面的，越發給他加上體面；不俊美的，越發得著俊美。
rsv≡林前≡12≡23≡and those parts of the body which we think less honorable we invest with the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty,
cuv≡林前≡12≡24≡我們俊美的肢體，自然用不著裝飾；但神配搭這身子，把加倍的體面給那有缺欠的肢體，
rsv≡林前≡12≡24≡which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving the greater honor to the inferior part,
cuv≡林前≡12≡25≡免得身上分門別類，總要肢體彼此相顧。
rsv≡林前≡12≡25≡that there may be no discord in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another.
cuv≡林前≡12≡26≡若一個肢體受苦，所有的肢體就一同受苦；若一個肢體得榮耀，所有的肢體就一同快樂。
rsv≡林前≡12≡26≡If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.
cuv≡林前≡12≡27≡你們就是基督的身子，並且各自作肢體。
rsv≡林前≡12≡27≡Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.
cuv≡林前≡12≡28≡神在教會所設立的：第一是使徒，第二是先知，第三是教師，其次是行異能的，再次是得恩賜醫病的，幫助人的，治理事的，說方言的。
rsv≡林前≡12≡28≡And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, then healers, helpers, administrators, speakers in various kinds of tongues.
cuv≡林前≡12≡29≡豈都是使徒麼？豈都是先知麼？豈都是教師麼？豈都是行異能的麼？
rsv≡林前≡12≡29≡Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles?
cuv≡林前≡12≡30≡豈都是得恩賜醫病的麼？豈都是說方言的麼？豈都是翻方言的麼？
rsv≡林前≡12≡30≡Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?
cuv≡林前≡12≡31≡你們要切切的求那更大的恩賜。我現今把最妙的道指示你們。
rsv≡林前≡12≡31≡But earnestly desire the higher gifts. And I will show you a still more excellent way.
cuv≡林前≡13≡1≡我若能說萬人的方言，並天使的話語，卻沒有愛，我就成了鳴的鑼，響的鈸一般。
rsv≡林前≡13≡1≡If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
cuv≡林前≡13≡2≡我若有先知講道之能，也明白各樣的奧秘，各樣的知識，而且有全備的信，叫我能彀移山，卻沒有愛，我就算不得甚麼。
rsv≡林前≡13≡2≡And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
cuv≡林前≡13≡3≡我若將所有的賙濟窮人，又捨己身叫人焚燒，卻沒有愛，仍然與我無益。
rsv≡林前≡13≡3≡If I give away all I have, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
cuv≡林前≡13≡4≡愛是恆久忍耐，又有恩慈；愛是不嫉妒；愛是不自誇，不張狂，
rsv≡林前≡13≡4≡Love is patient and kind; love is not jealous or boastful;
cuv≡林前≡13≡5≡不作害羞的事，不求自己的益處，不輕易發怒，不計算人的惡，
rsv≡林前≡13≡5≡it is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;
cuv≡林前≡13≡6≡不喜歡不義，只喜歡真理；
rsv≡林前≡13≡6≡it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right.
cuv≡林前≡13≡7≡凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐。
rsv≡林前≡13≡7≡Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
cuv≡林前≡13≡8≡愛是永不止息。先知講道之能終必歸於無有；說方言之能終必停止；知識也終必歸於無有。
rsv≡林前≡13≡8≡Love never ends; as for prophecies, they will pass away;as for tongues, they will cease;as for knowledge, it will pass away.
cuv≡林前≡13≡9≡我們現在所知道的有限，先知所講的也有限，
rsv≡林前≡13≡9≡For our knowledge is imperfect and our prophecy is imperfect;
cuv≡林前≡13≡10≡等那完全的來到，這有限的必歸於無有了。
rsv≡林前≡13≡10≡but when the perfect comes, the imperfect will pass away.
cuv≡林前≡13≡11≡我作孩子的時候，話語像孩子，心思像孩子，意念像孩子，既成了人，就把孩子的事丟棄了。
rsv≡林前≡13≡11≡When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I gave up childish ways.
cuv≡林前≡13≡12≡我們如今彷彿對著鏡子觀看，模糊不清（原文是如同猜謎）；到那時就要面對面了。我如今所知道的有限，到那時就全知道，如同主知道我一樣。
rsv≡林前≡13≡12≡For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall understand fully, even as I have been fully understood.
cuv≡林前≡13≡13≡如今常存的有信，有望，有愛這三樣，其中最大的是愛。
rsv≡林前≡13≡13≡So faith, hope, love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
cuv≡林前≡14≡1≡你們要追求愛，也要切慕屬靈的恩賜，其中更要羡慕的，是作先知講道（原文作：是說預言；下同）
rsv≡林前≡14≡1≡Make love your aim, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.
cuv≡林前≡14≡2≡那說方言的，原不是對人說，乃是對神說，因為沒有人聽出來。然而，他在心靈裡卻是講說各樣的奧秘。
rsv≡林前≡14≡2≡For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit.
cuv≡林前≡14≡3≡但作先知講道的，是對人說，要造就、安慰、勸勉人。
rsv≡林前≡14≡3≡On the other hand, he who prophesies speaks to men for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation.
cuv≡林前≡14≡4≡說方言的，是造就自己；作先知講道的，乃是造就教會。
rsv≡林前≡14≡4≡He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church.
cuv≡林前≡14≡5≡我願意你們都說方言，更願意你們作先知講道；因為說方言的，若不翻出來，使教會被造就，那作先知講道的，就比他強了。
rsv≡林前≡14≡5≡Now I want you all to speak in tongues, but even more to prophesy. He who prophesies is greater than he who speaks in tongues, unless some one interprets, so that the church may be edified.
cuv≡林前≡14≡6≡弟兄們，我到你們那裡去，若只說方言，不用啟示，或知識，或預言，或教訓，給你們講解，我與你們有甚麼益處呢？
rsv≡林前≡14≡6≡Now, brethren, if I come to you speaking in tongues, how shall I benefit you unless I bring you some revelation or knowledge or prophecy or teaching?
cuv≡林前≡14≡7≡就是那有聲無氣的物，或簫，或琴，若發出來的聲音沒有分別，怎能知道所吹所彈的是甚麼呢？
rsv≡林前≡14≡7≡If even lifeless instruments, such as the flute or the harp, do not give distinct notes, how will any one know what is played?
cuv≡林前≡14≡8≡若吹無定的號聲，誰能預備打杖呢？
rsv≡林前≡14≡8≡And if the bugle gives an indistinct sound, who will get ready for battle?
cuv≡林前≡14≡9≡你們也是如此。舌頭若不說容易明白的話，怎能知道所說的是甚麼呢？這就是向空說話了。
rsv≡林前≡14≡9≡So with yourselves; if you in a tongue utter speech that is not intelligible, how will any one know what is said? For you will be speaking into the air.
cuv≡林前≡14≡10≡世上的聲音，或者甚多，卻沒有一樣是無意思的。
rsv≡林前≡14≡10≡There are doubtless many different languages in the world, and none is without meaning;
cuv≡林前≡14≡11≡我若不明白那聲音的意思，這說話的人必以我為化外之人，我也以他為化外之人。
rsv≡林前≡14≡11≡but if I do not know the meaning of the language, I shall be a foreigner to the speaker and the speaker a foreigner to me.
cuv≡林前≡14≡12≡你們也是如此，既是切慕屬靈的恩賜，就當求多得造就教會的恩賜。
rsv≡林前≡14≡12≡So with yourselves; since you are eager for manifestations of the Spirit, strive to excel in building up the church.
cuv≡林前≡14≡13≡所以那說方言的，就當求著能翻出來。
rsv≡林前≡14≡13≡Therefore, he who speaks in a tongue should pray for the power to interpret.
cuv≡林前≡14≡14≡我若用方言禱告，是我的靈禱告，但我的悟性沒有果效。
rsv≡林前≡14≡14≡For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays but my mind is unfruitful.
cuv≡林前≡14≡15≡這卻怎麼樣呢？我要用靈禱告，也要用悟性禱告；我要用靈歌唱，也要用悟性歌唱。
rsv≡林前≡14≡15≡What am I to do? I will pray with the spirit and I will pray with the mind also; I will sing with the spirit and I will sing with the mind also.
cuv≡林前≡14≡16≡不然，你用靈祝謝，那在座不通方言的人，既然不明白你的話，怎能在你感謝的時候說「阿們」呢？
rsv≡林前≡14≡16≡Otherwise, if you bless with the spirit, how can any one in the position of an outsider say the 'Amen' to your thanksgiving when he does not know what you are saying?
cuv≡林前≡14≡17≡你感謝的固然是好，無奈不能造就別人。
rsv≡林前≡14≡17≡For you may give thanks well enough, but the other man is not edified.
cuv≡林前≡14≡18≡我感謝神，我說方言比你們眾人還多。
rsv≡林前≡14≡18≡I thank God that I speak in tongues more than you all;
cuv≡林前≡14≡19≡但在教會中，寧可用悟性說五句教導人的話，強如說萬句方言。
rsv≡林前≡14≡19≡nevertheless, in church I would rather speak five words with my mind, in order to instruct others, than ten thousand words in a tongue.
cuv≡林前≡14≡20≡弟兄們，在心志上不要作小孩子。然而，在惡事上要作嬰孩，在心志上總要作大人。
rsv≡林前≡14≡20≡Brethren, do not be children in your thinking; be babes in evil, but in thinking be mature.
cuv≡林前≡14≡21≡律法上記著：主說：我要用外邦人的舌頭和外邦人的嘴唇向這百姓說話；雖然如此，他們還是不聽從我。
rsv≡林前≡14≡21≡In the law it is written, 'By men of strange tongues and by the lips of foreigners will I speak to this people, and even then they will not listen to me, says the Lord.'
cuv≡林前≡14≡22≡這樣看來，說方言不是為信的人作證據，乃是為不信的人；作先知講道不是為不信的人作證據，乃是為信的人。
rsv≡林前≡14≡22≡Thus, tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers, while prophecy is not for unbelievers but for believers.
cuv≡林前≡14≡23≡所以，全教會聚在一處的時候，若都說方言，偶然有不通方言的，或是不信的人進來，豈不說你們癲狂了麼？
rsv≡林前≡14≡23≡If, therefore, the whole church assembles and all speak in tongues, and outsiders or unbelievers enter, will they not say that you are mad?
cuv≡林前≡14≡24≡若都作先知講道，偶然有不信的，或是不通方言的人進來，就被眾人勸醒，被眾人審明，
rsv≡林前≡14≡24≡But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all,
cuv≡林前≡14≡25≡他心裡的隱情顯露出來，就必將臉伏地，敬拜神，說：「神真是在你們中間了。」
rsv≡林前≡14≡25≡the secrets of his heart are disclosed; and so, falling on his face, he will worship God and declare that God is really among you.
cuv≡林前≡14≡26≡弟兄們，這卻怎麼樣呢？你們聚會的時候，各人或有詩歌，或有教訓，或有啟示，或有方言，或有翻出來的話，凡事都當造就人。
rsv≡林前≡14≡26≡What then, brethren? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for edification.
cuv≡林前≡14≡27≡若有說方言的，只好兩個人，至多三個人，且要輪流著說，也要一個人翻出來。
rsv≡林前≡14≡27≡If any speak in a tongue, let there be only two or at most three, and each in turn; and let one interpret.
cuv≡林前≡14≡28≡若沒有人翻，就當在會中閉口，只對自己和神說就是了。
rsv≡林前≡14≡28≡But if there is no one to interpret, let each of them keep silence in church and speak to himself and to God.
cuv≡林前≡14≡29≡至於作先知講道的，只好兩個人或是三個人，其餘的就當慎思明辨。
rsv≡林前≡14≡29≡Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others weigh what is said.
cuv≡林前≡14≡30≡若旁邊坐著的得了啟示，那先說話的就當閉口不言。
rsv≡林前≡14≡30≡If a revelation is made to another sitting by, let the first be silent.
cuv≡林前≡14≡31≡因為你們都可以一個一個的作先知講道，叫眾人學道理，叫眾人得勸勉。
rsv≡林前≡14≡31≡For you can all prophesy one by one, so that all may learn and all be encouraged;
cuv≡林前≡14≡32≡先知的靈原是順服先知的；
rsv≡林前≡14≡32≡and the spirits of prophets are subject to prophets.
cuv≡林前≡14≡33≡因為神不是叫混亂，乃是叫人安靜。
rsv≡林前≡14≡33≡For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. As in all the churches of the saints,
cuv≡林前≡14≡34≡婦女在會中要閉口不言，像在聖徒的眾教會一樣，因為不准他們說話。他們總要順服，正如律法所說的。
rsv≡林前≡14≡34≡the women should keep silence in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be subordinate, as even the law says.
cuv≡林前≡14≡35≡他們若要學甚麼，可以在家裡問自己的丈夫，因為婦女在會中說話原是可恥的。
rsv≡林前≡14≡35≡If there is anything they desire to know, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is shameful for a woman to speak in church.
cuv≡林前≡14≡36≡神的道理豈是從你們出來麼？豈是單臨到你們麼？
rsv≡林前≡14≡36≡What! Did the word of God originate with you, or are you the only ones it has reached?
cuv≡林前≡14≡37≡若有人以為自己是先知，或是屬靈的，就該知道，我所寫給你們的是主的命令。
rsv≡林前≡14≡37≡If any one thinks that he is a prophet, or spiritual, he should acknowledge that what I am writing to you is a command of the Lord.
cuv≡林前≡14≡38≡若有不知道的，就由他不知道吧！
rsv≡林前≡14≡38≡If any one does not recognize this, he is not recognized.
cuv≡林前≡14≡39≡所以弟兄們，你們要切慕作先知講道，也不要禁止說方言。
rsv≡林前≡14≡39≡So, my brethren, earnestly desire to prophesy, and do not forbid speaking in tongues;
cuv≡林前≡14≡40≡凡事都要規規矩矩的按著次序行。
rsv≡林前≡14≡40≡but all things should be done decently and in order.
cuv≡林前≡15≡1≡弟兄們，我如今把先前所傳給你們的福音告訴你們知道；這福音你們也領受了，又靠著站立得住，
rsv≡林前≡15≡1≡Now I would remind you, brethren, in what terms I preached to you the gospel, which you received, in which you stand,
cuv≡林前≡15≡2≡並且你們若不是徒然相信，能以持守我所傳給你們的，就必因這福音得救。
rsv≡林前≡15≡2≡by which you are saved, if you hold it fast -- unless you believed in vain.
cuv≡林前≡15≡3≡我當日所領受又傳給你們的：第一，就是基督照聖經所說，為我們的罪死了，
rsv≡林前≡15≡3≡For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures,

cuv≡林前≡15≡6≡後來一時顯給五百多弟兄看，其中一大半到如今還在，卻也有已經睡了的。
rsv≡林前≡15≡6≡Then he appeared to more than five hundred brethren at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.

rsv≡林前≡15≡7≡Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles.
cuv≡林前≡15≡8≡末了也顯給我看；我如同未到產期而生的人一般。
rsv≡林前≡15≡8≡Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me.
cuv≡林前≡15≡9≡我原是使徒中最小的，不配稱為使徒，因為我從前逼迫神的教會。
rsv≡林前≡15≡9≡For I am the least of the apostles, unfit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
cuv≡林前≡15≡10≡然而，我今日成了何等人，是蒙神的恩纔成的，並且他所賜我的恩不是徒然的我比眾使徒格外勞苦；這原不是我，乃是神的恩與我同在。
rsv≡林前≡15≡10≡But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God which is with me.
cuv≡林前≡15≡11≡不拘是我，是眾使徒，我們如此傳，你們也如此信了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡11≡Whether then it was I or they, so we preach and so you believed.
cuv≡林前≡15≡12≡既傳基督是從死裡復活了，怎麼在你們中間有人說沒有死人復活的事呢？
rsv≡林前≡15≡12≡Now if Christ is preached as raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
cuv≡林前≡15≡13≡若沒有死人復活的事，基督也就沒有復活了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡13≡But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ has not been raised;
cuv≡林前≡15≡14≡若基督沒有復活，我們所傳的便是枉然，你們所信的也是枉然；
rsv≡林前≡15≡14≡if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain and your faith is in vain.
cuv≡林前≡15≡15≡並且明顯我們是為神妄作見證的，因我們見證神是叫基督復活了。若死人真不復活，神也就沒有叫基督復活了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡15≡We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified of God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised.
cuv≡林前≡15≡16≡因為死人若不復活，基督也就沒有復活了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡16≡For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised.
cuv≡林前≡15≡17≡基督若沒有復活，你們的信便是徒然，你們仍在罪裡。
rsv≡林前≡15≡17≡If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile and you are still in your sins.
cuv≡林前≡15≡18≡就是在基督裡睡了的人也滅亡了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡18≡Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
cuv≡林前≡15≡19≡我們若靠基督，只在今生有指望，就算比眾人更可憐。
rsv≡林前≡15≡19≡If for this life only we have hoped in Christ, we are of all men most to be pitied.
cuv≡林前≡15≡20≡但基督已經從死裡復活，成為睡了之人初熟的果子。
rsv≡林前≡15≡20≡But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep.
cuv≡林前≡15≡21≡死既是因一人而來，死人復活也是因一人而來。
rsv≡林前≡15≡21≡For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead.
cuv≡林前≡15≡22≡在亞當裡眾人都死了；照樣，在基督裡眾人也都要復活。
rsv≡林前≡15≡22≡For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.
cuv≡林前≡15≡23≡但各人是按著自己的次序復活：初熟的果子是基督；以後，在他來的時候，是那些屬基督的。
rsv≡林前≡15≡23≡But each in his own order: Christ the first fruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ.
cuv≡林前≡15≡24≡再後，末期到了，那時基督既將一切執政的、掌權的、有能的、都毀滅了，就把國交與父神。
rsv≡林前≡15≡24≡Then comes the end, when he delivers the kingdom to God the Father after destroying every rule and every authority and power.
cuv≡林前≡15≡25≡因為基督必要作王，等神把一切仇敵都放在他的腳下。
rsv≡林前≡15≡25≡For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet.
cuv≡林前≡15≡26≡儘末了所毀滅的仇敵，就是死。
rsv≡林前≡15≡26≡The last enemy to be destroyed is death.
cuv≡林前≡15≡27≡因為經上說：「神叫萬物都服在他的腳下。」既說萬物都服了他，明顯那叫萬物服他的，不在其內了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡27≡'For God has put all things in subjection under his feet.' But when it says, 'All things are put in subjection under him,' it is plain that he is excepted who put all things under him.
cuv≡林前≡15≡28≡萬物既服了他，那時子也要自己服那叫萬物服他的，叫神在萬物之上，為萬物之主。
rsv≡林前≡15≡28≡When all things are subjected to him, then the Son himself will also be subjected to him who put all things under him, that God may be everything to every one.
cuv≡林前≡15≡29≡不然，那些為死人受洗的，將來怎樣呢？若死人總不復活，因何為他們受洗呢？
rsv≡林前≡15≡29≡Otherwise, what do people mean by being baptized on behalf of the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, why are people baptized on their behalf?
cuv≡林前≡15≡30≡我們又因何時刻冒險呢？
rsv≡林前≡15≡30≡Why am I in peril every hour?
cuv≡林前≡15≡31≡弟兄們，我在我主基督耶穌裡，指著你們所誇的口極力的說，我是天天冒死。
rsv≡林前≡15≡31≡I protest, brethren, by my pride in you which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die every day!
cuv≡林前≡15≡32≡我若當日像尋常人，在以弗所同野獸戰鬥，那於我有甚麼益處呢？若死人不復活，我們就喫喫喝喝吧！因為明天要死了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡32≡What do I gain if, humanly speaking, I fought with beasts at Ephesus? If the dead are not raised, 'Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die.'
cuv≡林前≡15≡33≡你們不要自欺；濫交是敗壞善行。
rsv≡林前≡15≡33≡Do not be deceived: 'Bad company ruins good morals.'
cuv≡林前≡15≡34≡你們要醒悟為善，不要犯罪，因為有人不認識神。我說這話是要叫你們羞愧。

rsv≡林前≡15≡35≡But some one will ask, 'How are the dead raised? With what kind of body do they come?'
cuv≡林前≡15≡36≡無知的人哪，你所種的，若不死就不能生。
rsv≡林前≡15≡36≡You foolish man! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies.
cuv≡林前≡15≡37≡並且你所種的不是那將來的形體，不過是子粒，即如麥子，或是別樣的穀。
rsv≡林前≡15≡37≡And what you sow is not the body which is to be, but a bare kernel, perhaps of wheat or of some other grain.
cuv≡林前≡15≡38≡但神隨自己的意思給他一個形體，並叫各等子粒各有自己的形體。
rsv≡林前≡15≡38≡But God gives it a body as he has chosen, and to each kind of seed its own body.
cuv≡林前≡15≡39≡凡肉體各有不同：人是一樣，獸又是一樣，鳥又是一樣，魚又是一樣。
rsv≡林前≡15≡39≡For not all flesh is alike, but there is one kind for men, another for animals, another for birds, and another for fish.
cuv≡林前≡15≡40≡有天上的形體，也有地上的形體；但天上形體的榮光是一樣，地上形體的榮光又是一樣。
rsv≡林前≡15≡40≡There are celestial bodies and there are terrestrial bodies; but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
cuv≡林前≡15≡41≡日有日的榮光，月有月的榮光，星有星的榮光；這星和那星的榮光也有分別。
rsv≡林前≡15≡41≡There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory.
cuv≡林前≡15≡42≡死人復活也是這樣：所種的是必朽壞的，復活的是不朽壞的；
rsv≡林前≡15≡42≡So is it with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable, what is raised is imperishable.
cuv≡林前≡15≡43≡所種的是羞辱的，復活的是榮耀的；所種的是軟弱的，復活的是強壯的；
rsv≡林前≡15≡43≡It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power.
cuv≡林前≡15≡44≡所種的是血氣的身體，復活的是靈性的身體。若有血氣的身體，也必有靈性的身體。
rsv≡林前≡15≡44≡It is sown a physical body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a physical body, there is also a spiritual body.
cuv≡林前≡15≡45≡經上也是這樣記著說：「首先的人亞當成了有靈（靈：或作血氣）的活人」；末後的亞當成了叫人活的靈。
rsv≡林前≡15≡45≡Thus it is written, 'The first man Adam became a living being'; the last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
cuv≡林前≡15≡46≡但屬靈的不在先，屬血氣的在先，以後纔有屬靈的。
rsv≡林前≡15≡46≡But it is not the spiritual which is first but the physical, and then the spiritual.
cuv≡林前≡15≡47≡頭一個人是出於地，乃屬土；第二個人是出於天。
rsv≡林前≡15≡47≡The first man was from the earth, a man of dust; the second man is from heaven.
cuv≡林前≡15≡48≡那屬土的怎樣，凡屬土的也就怎樣；屬天的怎樣，凡屬天的也就怎樣。
rsv≡林前≡15≡48≡As was the man of dust, so are those who are of the dust; and as is the man of heaven, so are those who are of heaven.
cuv≡林前≡15≡49≡我們既有屬土的形狀，將來也必有屬天的形狀。
rsv≡林前≡15≡49≡Just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.
cuv≡林前≡15≡50≡弟兄們，我告訴你們說，血肉之體不能承受神的國，必朽壞的不能承受不朽壞的。
rsv≡林前≡15≡50≡I tell you this, brethren: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.
cuv≡林前≡15≡51≡我如今把一件奧秘的事告訴你們：我們不是都要睡覺，乃是都要改變，
rsv≡林前≡15≡51≡Lo! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
cuv≡林前≡15≡52≡就在一霎時，眨眼之間，號筒末次吹響的時候。因號筒要響，死人要復活成為不朽壞的，我們也要改變。
rsv≡林前≡15≡52≡in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.
cuv≡林前≡15≡53≡這必朽壞的總要變成（變成：原文是穿；下同）不朽壞的，這必死的總要變成不死的。
rsv≡林前≡15≡53≡For this perishable nature must put on the imperishable, and this mortal nature must put on immortality.
cuv≡林前≡15≡54≡這必朽壞的既變成不朽壞的，這必死的既變成不死的，那時經上所記「死被得勝吞滅」的話就應驗了。
rsv≡林前≡15≡54≡When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: 'Death is swallowed up in victory.'
cuv≡林前≡15≡55≡死啊！你得勝的權勢在那裡？死啊！你的毒鉤在那裡？
rsv≡林前≡15≡55≡'O death, where is thy victory? O death, where is thy sting?'
cuv≡林前≡15≡56≡死的毒鉤就是罪，罪的權勢就是律法。
rsv≡林前≡15≡56≡The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
cuv≡林前≡15≡57≡感謝神，使我們藉著我們的主耶穌基督得勝。
rsv≡林前≡15≡57≡But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
cuv≡林前≡15≡58≡所以，我親愛的弟兄們，你們務要堅固，不可搖動，常常竭力多作主工；因為知道，你們的勞苦在主裡面不是徒然的。
rsv≡林前≡15≡58≡Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.

cuv≡林前≡16≡10≡若是提摩太來到，你們要留心，叫他在你們那裡無所懼怕；因為他勞力作主的工，像我一樣。
rsv≡林前≡16≡10≡When Timothy comes, see that you put him at ease among you, for he is doing the work of the Lord, as I am.
cuv≡林前≡16≡11≡所以，無論誰都不可藐視他，只要送他平安前行，叫他到我這裡來，因我指望他和弟兄們同來。
rsv≡林前≡16≡11≡So let no one despise him. Speed him on his way in peace, that he may return to me; for I am expecting him with the brethren.
cuv≡林前≡16≡12≡至於兄弟亞波羅，我再三的勸他同弟兄們到你們那裡去；但這時他決不願意去，幾時有了機會他必去。
rsv≡林前≡16≡12≡As for our brother Apol'los, I strongly urged him to visit you with the other brethren, but it was not at all his will to come now. He will come when he has opportunity.
cuv≡林前≡16≡13≡你們務要警醒，在真道上站立得穩，要作大丈夫，要剛強。
rsv≡林前≡16≡13≡Be watchful, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong.

cuv≡林前≡16≡15≡弟兄們，你們曉得司提反那一家，是亞該亞初結的果子，並且他們專以服事聖徒為念。
rsv≡林前≡16≡15≡Now, brethren, you know that the household of Steph'anas were the first converts in Acha'ia, and they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints;
cuv≡林前≡16≡16≡我勸你們順服這樣的人，並一切同工同勞的人。
rsv≡林前≡16≡16≡I urge you to be subject to such men and to every fellow worker and laborer.
cuv≡林前≡16≡17≡司提法那和福徒拿都，並亞該古到我這裡來，我很喜歡；因為你們待我有不及之處，他們補上了。
rsv≡林前≡16≡17≡I rejoice at the coming of Steph'anas and Fortuna'tus and Acha'icus, because they have made up for your absence;
cuv≡林前≡16≡18≡他們叫我和你們心裡都快活。這樣的人，你們務要敬重。
