cuv≡帖後≡1≡2≡願恩惠、平安從父神和主耶穌基督歸與你們！
rsv≡帖後≡1≡2≡Grace to you and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
cuv≡帖後≡1≡3≡弟兄們，我們該為你們常常感謝神，這本是合宜的；因你們的信心格外增長，並且你們眾人彼此相愛的心也都充足。
rsv≡帖後≡1≡3≡We are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren, as is fitting, because your faith is growing abundantly, and the love of every one of you for one another is increasing.
cuv≡帖後≡1≡4≡甚至我們在神的各教會裡為你們誇口，都因你們在所受的一切逼迫患難中，仍舊存忍耐和信心。
rsv≡帖後≡1≡4≡Therefore we ourselves boast of you in the churches of God for your steadfastness and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions which you are enduring.
cuv≡帖後≡1≡5≡這正是神公義判斷的明證，叫你們可算配得神的國；你們就是為這國受苦。
rsv≡帖後≡1≡5≡This is evidence of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be made worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you aresuffering --
cuv≡帖後≡1≡6≡神既是公義的，就必將患難報應那加患難給你們的人；
rsv≡帖後≡1≡6≡since indeed God deems it just to repay with affliction those who afflict you,
cuv≡帖後≡1≡7≡也必使你們這受患難的人與我們同得平安。那時，主耶穌同他有能力的天使從天上在火焰中顯現，
rsv≡帖後≡1≡7≡and to grant rest with us to you who are afflicted, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire,
cuv≡帖後≡1≡8≡要報應那不認識神和那不聽從我主耶穌福音的人。
rsv≡帖後≡1≡8≡inflicting vengeance upon those who do not know God and upon those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
cuv≡帖後≡1≡9≡他們要受刑罰，就是永遠沉淪，離開主的面和他權能的榮光。
rsv≡帖後≡1≡9≡They shall suffer the punishment of eternal destruction and exclusion from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might,
cuv≡帖後≡1≡10≡這正是主降臨、要在他聖徒的身上得榮耀，又在一切信的人身上顯為希奇的那日子。我們對你們作的見證，你們也信了。
rsv≡帖後≡1≡10≡when he comes on that day to be glorified in his saints, and to be marveled at in all who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed.
cuv≡帖後≡1≡11≡因此，我們常為你們禱告，願我們的神看你們配得過所蒙的召，又用大能成就你們一切所羨慕的良善和一切因信心所作的工夫；
rsv≡帖後≡1≡11≡To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his call, and may fulfil every good resolve andwork of faith by his power,
cuv≡帖後≡1≡12≡叫我們主耶穌的名在你們身上得榮耀，你們也在他身上得榮耀，都照著我們的神並主耶穌基督的恩。
rsv≡帖後≡1≡12≡so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡1≡弟兄們，論到我們主耶穌基督降臨和我們到他那裡聚集，
rsv≡帖後≡2≡1≡Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling to meet him, we beg you, brethren,
cuv≡帖後≡2≡2≡我勸你們：無論有靈、有言語、有冒我名的書信，說主的日子現在（現在或作就）到了，不要輕易動心，也不要驚慌。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡2≡not to be quickly shaken in mind or excited, either by spirit or by word, or by letter purporting to be from us, to theeffect that the day of the Lord has come.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡3≡人不拘用甚麼法子，你們總不要被他誘惑；因為那日子以前，必有離道反教的事，並有那大罪人，就是沉淪之子，顯露出來。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡3≡Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition,
cuv≡帖後≡2≡4≡他是抵擋主，高抬自己，超過一切稱為神的和一切受人敬拜的，甚至坐在神的殿裡，自稱是神。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡4≡who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡5≡我還在你們那裡的時候，曾把這些事告訴你們，你們不記得麼？
rsv≡帖後≡2≡5≡Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you this?
cuv≡帖後≡2≡6≡現在你們也知道，那攔阻他的是甚麼，是叫他到了的時候纔可以顯露。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡6≡And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡7≡因為那不法的隱意已經發動，只是現在有一個攔阻的，等到那攔阻的被除去，
rsv≡帖後≡2≡7≡For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡8≡那時這不法的人必顯露出來。主耶穌要用口中的氣滅絕他，用降臨的榮光廢掉他。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡8≡And then the lawless one will be revealed, and the Lord Jesus will slay him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by his appearing and his coming.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡9≡這不法的人來，是照撒但的運動，行各樣的異能、神蹟，和一切虛假的奇事，
rsv≡帖後≡2≡9≡The coming of the lawless one by the activity of Satan will be with all power and with pretended signs and wonders,
cuv≡帖後≡2≡10≡並且在那沉淪的人身上行各樣出於不義的詭詐；因他們不領受愛真理的心，使他們得救。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡10≡and with all wicked deception for those who are to perish, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡11≡故此，神就給他們一個生發錯誤的心，叫他們信從虛謊，
rsv≡帖後≡2≡11≡Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false,
cuv≡帖後≡2≡12≡使一切不信真理、倒喜愛不義的人都被定罪。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡12≡so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡13≡主所愛的弟兄們哪，我們本該常為你們感謝神；因為他從起初揀選了你們，叫你們因信真道，又被聖靈感動，成為聖潔，能以得救。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡13≡But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡14≡神藉我們所傳的福音召你們到這地步，好得著我們主耶穌基督的榮光。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡14≡To this he called you through our gospel, so that you may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡15≡所以，弟兄們，你們要站立得穩，凡所領受的教訓，不拘是我們口傳的，是信上寫的，都要堅守。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡15≡So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by letter.
cuv≡帖後≡2≡16≡但願我們主耶穌基督和那愛我們、開恩將永遠的安慰並美好的盼望賜給我們的父神，
rsv≡帖後≡2≡16≡Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace,
cuv≡帖後≡2≡17≡安慰你們的心，並且在一切善行善言上堅固你們。
rsv≡帖後≡2≡17≡comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡1≡弟兄們，我還有話說：請你們為我們禱告，好叫主的道理快快行開，得著榮耀，正如在你們中間一樣。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡1≡Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may speed on and triumph, as it did among you,
cuv≡帖後≡3≡2≡也叫我們脫離無理之惡人的手，因為人不都是有信心。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡2≡and that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men; for not all have faith.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡3≡但主是信實的，要堅固你們，保護你們脫離惡者。（或作脫離兇惡）。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡3≡But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from evil.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡4≡我們靠主深信，你們現在是遵行我們所吩咐的，後來也必要遵行。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡4≡And we have confidence in the Lord about you, that you are doing and will do the things which we command.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡5≡願主引導你們的心，叫你們愛神，並學基督的忍耐。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡5≡May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡6≡弟兄們，我們奉主耶穌基督的名吩咐你們，凡有弟兄不按規矩而行，不遵守從我們所受的教訓，就當遠離他。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡6≡Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you keep away from any brother who is living in idleness and not in accord with the tradition that you received from us.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡7≡你們自己原知道應當怎樣效法我們。因為我們在你們中間，未嘗不按規矩而行，
rsv≡帖後≡3≡7≡For you yourselves know how you ought to imitate us; we were not idle when we were with you,
cuv≡帖後≡3≡8≡也未嘗白喫人的飯，倒是辛苦勞碌，晝夜作工，免得叫你們一人受累。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡8≡we did not eat any one's bread without paying, but with toil and labor we worked night and day, that we might not burden any of you.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡9≡這並不是因我們沒有權柄，乃是要給你們作榜樣，叫你們效法我們。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡9≡It was not because we have not that right, but to give you in our conduct an example to imitate.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡10≡我們在你們那裡的時候，曾吩咐你們說，若有人不肯作工，就不可喫飯。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡10≡For even when we were with you, we gave you this command: If any one will not work, let him not eat.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡11≡因我們聽說，在你們中間有人不按規矩而行，甚麼工都不作，反倒專管閒事。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡11≡For we hear that some of you are living in idleness, mere busybodies, not doing any work.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡12≡我們靠主耶穌基督吩咐、勸戒這樣的人，要安靜作工，喫自己的飯。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡12≡Now such persons we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ to do their work in quietness and to earn their own living.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡13≡弟兄們，你們行善不可喪志。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡13≡Brethren, do not be weary in well-doing.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡14≡若有人不聽從我們這信上的話，要記下他，不和他交往，叫他自覺羞愧。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡14≡If any one refuses to obey what we say in this letter, note that man, and have nothing to do with him, that he may be ashamed.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡15≡但不要以他為仇人，要勸他如弟兄。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡15≡Do not look on him as an enemy, but warn him as a brother.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡16≡願賜平安的主隨時隨事親自給你們平安！願主常與你們眾人同在！
rsv≡帖後≡3≡16≡Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all.
cuv≡帖後≡3≡17≡我保羅親筆問你們安。凡我的信都以此為記，我的筆跡就是這樣。
rsv≡帖後≡3≡17≡I, Paul, write this greeting with my own hand. This is the mark in every letter of mine; it is the way I write.
