以斯拉記(Ezra) cuv≡拉≡1≡1≡波斯王古列元年,耶和華為要應驗藉耶利米口所說的話,就激動波斯王古列的心,使他下詔通告全國說: rsv≡拉≡1≡1≡In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom and also put it in writing: cuv≡拉≡1≡2≡「波斯王古列如此說:『耶和華天上的神已將天下萬國賜給我,又囑咐我在猶大的耶路撒冷為他建造殿宇。 rsv≡拉≡1≡2≡'Thus says Cyrus king of Persia: The LORD, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, and he has charged me to build him a house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah. cuv≡拉≡1≡3≡在你們中間凡作他子民的,可以上猶大的耶路撒冷,在耶路撒冷重建耶和華以色列神的殿(只有他是神)。願神與這人同在。 rsv≡拉≡1≡3≡Whoever is among you of all his people, may his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and rebuild the house of the LORD, the God of Israel -- he is the God who is in Jerusalem; cuv≡拉≡1≡4≡凡剩下的人,無論寄居何處,那地的人要用金銀、財物、牲畜幫助他,另外也要為耶路撒冷神的殿甘心獻上禮物。』」 rsv≡拉≡1≡4≡and let each survivor, in whatever place he sojourns, be assisted by the men of his place with silver and gold, with goods and with beasts, besides freewill offerings for the house of God which is in Jerusalem.' cuv≡拉≡1≡5≡於是,猶大和便雅憫的族長、祭司、利未人,就是一切被神激動他心的人,都起來要上耶路撒冷去建造耶和華的殿。 rsv≡拉≡1≡5≡Then rose up the heads of the fathers' houses of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites, every one whose spirit God had stirred to go up to rebuild the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem; cuv≡拉≡1≡6≡他們四圍的人就拿銀器、金子、財物、牲畜、珍寶幫助他們(原文是堅固他們的手),另外還有甘心獻的禮物。 rsv≡拉≡1≡6≡and all who were about them aided them with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, with beasts, and with costly wares, besides all that was freely offered. cuv≡拉≡1≡7≡古列王也將耶和華殿的器皿拿出來,這器皿是尼布甲尼撒從耶路撒冷掠來、放在自己神之廟中的。 rsv≡拉≡1≡7≡Cyrus the king also brought out the vessels of the house of the LORD which Nebuchadnez'zar had carried away from Jerusalem and placed in the house of his gods. cuv≡拉≡1≡8≡波斯王古列派庫官米提利達將這器皿拿出來,按數交給猶大的首領設巴薩。 rsv≡拉≡1≡8≡Cyrus king of Persia brought these out in charge of Mith'redath the treasurer, who counted them out to Shesh-baz'zar the prince of Judah. cuv≡拉≡1≡9≡器皿的數目記在下面:金盤三十個,銀盤一千個,刀二十九把, rsv≡拉≡1≡9≡And this was the number of them: a thousand basins of gold, a thousand basins of silver, twenty-nine censers, cuv≡拉≡1≡10≡金碗三十個,銀碗之次的四百一十個,別樣的器皿一千件。 rsv≡拉≡1≡10≡thirty bowls of gold, two thousand four hundred and ten bowls of silver, and a thousand other vessels; cuv≡拉≡1≡11≡金銀器皿共有五千四百件。被擄的人從巴比倫上耶路撒冷的時候,設巴薩將這一切都帶上來。 rsv≡拉≡1≡11≡all the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand four hundred and sixty-nine. rsv≡拉≡2≡59≡The following were those who came up from Tel-me'lah, Tel-har'sha, Cherub, Addan, and Immer, though they could not prove their fathers' houses or their descent, whether they belonged to Israel: cuv≡拉≡2≡60≡他們是第來雅的子孫、多比雅的子孫、尼哥大的子孫,共六百五十二名。 rsv≡拉≡2≡60≡the sons of Delai'ah, the sons of Tobi'ah, and the sons of Neko'da, six hundred and fifty-two. cuv≡拉≡2≡61≡祭司中,哈巴雅的子孫、哈哥斯的子孫、巴西萊的子孫;因為他們的先祖娶了基列人巴西萊的女兒為妻,所以起名叫巴西萊。 rsv≡拉≡2≡61≡Also, of the sons of the priests: the sons of Habai'ah, the sons of Hakkoz, and the sons of Barzil'lai (who had taken a wife from the daughters of Barzil'lai the Gileadite, and was called by their name). cuv≡拉≡2≡62≡這三家的人在族譜之中尋查自己的譜系,卻尋不著,因此算為不潔,不准供祭司的職任。 rsv≡拉≡2≡62≡These sought their registration among those enrolled in the genealogies, but they were not found there, and so they were excluded from the priesthood as unclean; and they had two hundred male and female singers. cuv≡拉≡2≡66≡他們有馬七百三十六匹,騾子二百四十五匹, rsv≡拉≡2≡66≡Their horses were seven hundred and thirty-six, their mules were two hundred and forty-five, cuv≡拉≡2≡67≡駱駝四百三十五隻,驢六千七百二十匹。 rsv≡拉≡2≡67≡their camels were four hundred and thirty-five, and their asses were six thousand seven hundred and twenty. cuv≡拉≡2≡68≡有些族長到了耶路撒冷耶和華殿的地方,便為神的殿甘心獻上禮物,要重新建造。 rsv≡拉≡2≡68≡Some of the heads of families, when they came to the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem, made freewill offerings for the house of God, to erect it on its site; cuv≡拉≡2≡69≡他們量力捐入工程庫的金子六萬一千達利克,銀子五千彌拿,並祭司的禮服一百件。 rsv≡拉≡2≡69≡according to their ability they gave to the treasury of the work sixty-one thousand darics of gold, five thousand minas of silver, and one hundred priests' garments. cuv≡拉≡2≡70≡於是祭司、利未人、民中的一些人、歌唱的、守門的、尼提寧,並以色列眾人,各住在自己的城裡。 rsv≡拉≡2≡70≡The priests, the Levites, and some of the people lived in Jerusalem and its vicinity; and the singers, the gatekeepers, and the temple servants lived in their towns, and all Israel in their towns. cuv≡拉≡3≡1≡到了七月,以色列人住在各城;那時他們如同一人,聚集在耶路撒冷。 rsv≡拉≡3≡1≡When the seventh month came, and the sons of Israel were in the towns, the people gathered as one man to Jerusalem. cuv≡拉≡3≡2≡約薩達的兒子耶書亞和他的弟兄眾祭司,並撒拉鐵的兒子所羅巴伯與他的弟兄,都起來建築以色列神的壇,要照神人摩西律法書上所寫的,在壇上獻燔祭。 rsv≡拉≡3≡2≡Then arose Jeshua the son of Jo'zadak, with his fellow priests, and Zerub'babel the son of She-al'ti-el with his kinsmen, and they built the altar of the God of Israel, to offer burnt offerings upon it, as it is written in the law of Moses the man of God. cuv≡拉≡3≡3≡他們在原有的根基上築壇,因懼怕鄰國的民,又在其上向耶和華早晚獻燔祭, rsv≡拉≡3≡3≡They set the altar in its place, for fear was upon them because of the peoples of the lands, and they offered burnt offerings upon it to the LORD, burnt offerings morning and evening. cuv≡拉≡3≡4≡又照律法書上所寫的守住棚節,按數照例獻每日所當獻的燔祭; rsv≡拉≡3≡4≡And they kept the feast of booths, as it is written, and offered the daily burnt offerings by number according to the ordinance, as each day required, cuv≡拉≡3≡5≡其後獻常獻的燔祭,並在月朔與耶和華的一切聖節獻祭,又向耶和華獻各人的甘心祭。 rsv≡拉≡3≡5≡and after that the continual burnt offerings, the offerings at the new moon and at all the appointed feasts of the LORD, and the offerings of every one who made a freewill offering to the LORD. cuv≡拉≡3≡6≡從七月初一日起,他們就向耶和華獻燔祭。但耶和華殿的根基尚未立定。 rsv≡拉≡3≡6≡From the first day of the seventh month they began to offer burnt offerings to the LORD. But the foundation of the temple of the LORD was not yet laid. cuv≡拉≡3≡7≡他們又將銀子給石匠、木匠,把糧食、酒、油給西頓人、推羅人,使他們將香柏樹從利巴嫩運到海裡,浮海運到約帕,是照波斯王古列所允准的。 rsv≡拉≡3≡7≡So they gave money to the masons and the carpenters, and food, drink, and oil to the Sido'nians and the Tyrians to bring cedar trees from Lebanon to the sea, to Joppa, according to the grant which they had from Cyrus king of Persia. cuv≡拉≡3≡8≡百姓到了耶路撒冷神殿的地方。第二年二月,撒拉鐵的兒子所羅巴伯,約薩達的兒子耶書亞和其餘的弟兄,就是祭司、利未人,並一切被擄歸回耶路撒冷的人,都興工建造;又派利未人,從二十歲以外的,督理建造耶和華殿的工作。 rsv≡拉≡3≡8≡Now in the second year of their coming to the house of God at Jerusalem, in the second month, Zerub'babel the son of She-al'ti-el and Jeshua the son of Jo'zadak made a beginning, together with the rest of their brethren, the priests and the Levites and all who had come to Jerusalem from the captivity. They appointed the Levites, from twenty years old and upward, to have the oversight of the work of the house of the LORD. cuv≡拉≡3≡9≡於是猶大(在二章四十節作何達威雅)的後裔,就是耶書亞和他的子孫與弟兄,甲篾和他的子孫,利未人希拿達的子孫與弟兄,都一同起來,督理那在神殿作工的人。 rsv≡拉≡3≡9≡And Jeshua with his sons and his kinsmen, and Kad'mi-el and his sons, the sons of Judah, together took the oversight of the workmen in the house of God, along with the sons of Hen'adad and the Levites, their sons and kinsmen. cuv≡拉≡3≡10≡匠人立耶和華殿根基的時候,祭司皆穿禮服吹號,亞薩的子孫利未人敲鈸,照以色列王大衛所定的例,都站著讚美耶和華。 rsv≡拉≡3≡10≡And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the LORD, the priests in their vestments came forward with trumpets, and the Levites, the sons of Asaph, with cymbals, to praise the LORD, according to the directions of David king of Israel; cuv≡拉≡3≡11≡他們彼此唱和,讚美稱謝耶和華說:他本為善,他向以色列人永發慈愛。他們讚美耶和華的時候,眾民大聲呼喊,因耶和華殿的根基已經立定。 rsv≡拉≡3≡11≡and they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the LORD, 'For he is good, for his steadfast love endures for ever toward Israel.' And now cuv≡拉≡7≡13≡住在我國中的以色列人、祭司、利未人,凡甘心上耶路撒冷去的,我降旨准他們與你同去。 rsv≡拉≡7≡13≡I make a decree that any one of the people of Israel or their priests or Levites in my kingdom, who freely offers to go to Jerusalem, may go with you. cuv≡拉≡7≡14≡王與七個謀士既然差你去,照你手中神的律法書察問猶大和耶路撒冷的景況; rsv≡拉≡7≡14≡For you are sent by the king and his seven counselors to make inquiries about Judah and Jerusalem according to the law of your God, which is in your hand, cuv≡拉≡7≡15≡又帶金銀,就是王和謀士甘心獻給住耶路撒冷、以色列神的, rsv≡拉≡7≡15≡and also to convey the silver and gold which the king and his counselors have freely offered to the God of Israel, whose dwelling is in Jerusalem, cuv≡拉≡7≡16≡並帶你在巴比倫全省所得的金銀,和百姓、祭司樂意獻給耶路撒冷他們神殿的禮物。 rsv≡拉≡7≡16≡with all the silver and gold which you shall find in the whole province of Babylonia, and with the freewill offerings of the people and the priests, vowed willingly for the house of their God which is in Jerusalem. cuv≡拉≡7≡17≡所以你當用這金銀,急速買公牛、公綿羊、綿羊羔,和同獻的素祭奠祭之物,獻在耶路撒冷你們神殿的壇上。 rsv≡拉≡7≡17≡With this money, then, you shall with all diligence buy bulls, rams, and lambs, with their cereal offerings and their drink offerings, and you shall offer them upon the altar of the house of your God which is in Jerusalem. cuv≡拉≡7≡18≡剩下的金銀,你和你的弟兄看著怎樣好,就怎樣用,總要遵著你們神的旨意。 rsv≡拉≡7≡18≡Whatever seems good to you and your brethren to do with the rest of the silver and gold, you may do, according to the will of your God. cuv≡拉≡7≡19≡所交給你神殿中使用的器皿,你要交在耶路撒冷神面前。 rsv≡拉≡7≡19≡The vessels that have been given you for the service of the house of your God, you shall deliver before the God of Jerusalem. cuv≡拉≡7≡20≡你神殿裡若再有需用的經費,你可以從王的府庫裡支取。 rsv≡拉≡7≡20≡And whatever else is required for the house of your God, which you have occasion to provide, you may provide it out of the king's treasury. cuv≡拉≡7≡21≡「我亞達薛西王又降旨與河西的一切庫官,說:『通達天上神律法的文士祭司以斯拉,無論向你們要甚麼,你們要速速的備辦, rsv≡拉≡7≡21≡'And I, Ar-ta-xerx'es the king, make a decree to all the treasurers in the province Beyond the River: Whatever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the God of heaven, requires of you, be it done with all diligence, cuv≡拉≡7≡22≡就是銀子直到一百他連得,麥子一百柯珥,酒一百罷特,油一百罷特,鹽不計其數,也要給他。 rsv≡拉≡7≡22≡up to a hundred talents of silver, a hundred cors of wheat, a hundred baths of wine, a hundred baths of oil, and salt without prescribing how much. cuv≡拉≡7≡23≡凡天上之神所吩咐的,當為天上神的殿詳細辦理。為何使忿怒臨到王和王眾子的國呢? rsv≡拉≡7≡23≡Whatever is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be done in full for the house of the God of heaven, lest his wrath be against the realm of the king and his sons. cuv≡拉≡7≡24≡我又曉諭你們,至於祭司、利未人、歌唱的、守門的,和尼提寧,並在神殿當差的人,不可叫他們進貢,交課,納稅。』 rsv≡拉≡7≡24≡We also notify you that it shall not be lawful to impose tribute, custom, or toll upon any one of the priests, the Levites, the singers, the doorkeepers, the temple servants, or other servants of this house of God. cuv≡拉≡7≡25≡「以斯拉啊,要照著你神賜你的智慧,將所有明白你神律法的人立為士師、審判官,治理河西的百姓,使他們教訓一切不明白神律法的人。 rsv≡拉≡7≡25≡'And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God which is in your hand, appoint magistrates and judges who may judge all the people in the province Beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your God; and those who do not know them, cuv≡拉≡7≡26≡凡不遵行你神律法和王命令的人就當速速定他的罪,或治死,或充軍,或抄家,或囚禁。」 rsv≡拉≡7≡26≡Whoever will not obey the law of your God and the law of the king, let judgment be strictly executed upon him, whether for death or for banishment or for confiscation of his goods or for imprisonment.' cuv≡拉≡7≡27≡以斯拉說:「耶和華我們列祖的神是應當稱頌的!因他使王起這心意修飾耶路撒冷耶和華的殿, rsv≡拉≡7≡27≡Blessed be the LORD, the God of our fathers, who put such a thing as this into the heart of the king, to beautify the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem, cuv≡拉≡7≡28≡又在王和謀士,並大能的軍長面前施恩於我。因耶和華我神的手幫助我,我就得以堅強,從以色列中招聚首領,與我一同上來。」 rsv≡拉≡7≡28≡and who extended to me his steadfast love before the king and his counselors, and before all the king's mighty officers. Wouldst thou not be angry with us till thou wouldst consume us, so that there should be no remnant, nor any to escape? cuv≡拉≡9≡15≡耶和華以色列的神啊,因你是公義的,我們這剩下的人纔得逃脫,正如今日的光景。看哪,我們在你面前有罪惡,因此無人在你面前站立得住。」 rsv≡拉≡9≡15≡O LORD the God of Israel, thou art just, for we are left a remnant that has escaped, as at this day.
