How like a widow has she become, she that was great among the nations! She that was a princess among the cities has become a vassal. cuv≡哀≡1≡2≡他夜間痛哭,淚流滿腮;在一切所親愛的中間沒有一個安慰他的。他的朋友都以詭詐待他,成為他的仇敵。 rsv≡哀≡1≡2≡She weeps bitterly in the night, tears on her cheeks; among all her lovers she has none to comfort her;all her friends have dealt treacherously with her, they have become her enemies. cuv≡哀≡1≡3≡猶大因遭遇苦難,又因多服勞苦就遷到外邦。他住在列國中,尋不著安息;追逼他的都在狹窄之地將他追上。 rsv≡哀≡1≡3≡Judah has gone into exile because of affliction and hard servitude; she dwells now among the nations, but finds no resting place;her pursuers have all overtaken her in the midst of her distress. cuv≡哀≡1≡4≡錫安的路徑因無人來守聖節就悲傷;他的城門淒涼;他的祭司歎息;他的處女受艱難,自己也愁苦。 rsv≡哀≡1≡4≡The roads to Zion mourn, for none come to the appointed feasts; all her gates are desolate, her priests groan;her maidens have been dragged away, and she herself suffers bitterly. cuv≡哀≡1≡5≡他的敵人為首;他的仇敵亨通;因耶和華為他許多的罪過使他受苦;他的孩童被敵人擄去。 rsv≡哀≡1≡5≡Her foes have become the head, her enemies prosper, because the LORD has made her suffer for the multitude of her transgressions; her children have gone away, captives before the foe. cuv≡哀≡1≡6≡錫安城(原文是女子;下同)的威榮全都失去。他的首領像找不著草場的鹿;在追趕的人前無力行走。 rsv≡哀≡1≡6≡From the daughter of Zion has departed all her majesty. Her princes have become like harts that find no pasture; they fled without strength before the pursuer. cuv≡哀≡1≡7≡耶路撒冷在困苦窘迫之時,就追想古時一切的樂境。他百姓落在敵人手中,無人救濟;敵人看見,就因他的荒涼嗤笑。 rsv≡哀≡1≡7≡Jerusalem remembers in the days of her affliction and bitterness all the precious things that were hers from days of old. When her people fell into the hand of the foe, and there was none to help her, the foe gloated over her, mocking at her downfall. cuv≡哀≡1≡8≡耶路撒冷大大犯罪,所以成為不潔之物;素來尊敬他的,見他赤露就都藐視他;他自己也歎息退後。 rsv≡哀≡1≡8≡Jerusalem sinned grievously, therefore she became filthy; all who honored her despise her, for they have seen her nakedness;yea, she herself groans, and turns her face away. cuv≡哀≡1≡9≡他的污穢是在衣襟上;他不思想自己的結局,所以非常地敗落,無人安慰他。他說:耶和華啊,求你看我的苦難,因為仇敵誇大。 rsv≡哀≡1≡9≡Her uncleanness was in her skirts; she took no thought of her doom;therefore her fall is terrible, she has no comforter. 'O LORD, behold my affliction, for the enemy has triumphed!' cuv≡哀≡1≡10≡敵人伸手,奪取他的美物;他眼見外邦人進入他的聖所,論這外邦人,你曾吩咐不可入你的會中。 rsv≡哀≡1≡10≡The enemy has stretched out his hands over all her precious things; yea, she has seen the nations invade her sanctuary, those whom thou didst forbid to enter thy congregation. cuv≡哀≡1≡11≡他的民都歎息,尋求食物;他們用美物換糧食,要救性命。他們說:耶和華啊,求你觀看,因為我甚是卑賤。 rsv≡哀≡1≡11≡All her people groan as they search for bread; they trade their treasures for food to revive their strength. 'Look, O LORD, and behold, for I am despised.' cuv≡哀≡1≡12≡你們一切過路的人哪,這事你們不介意麼?你們要觀看:有像這臨到我的痛苦沒有,就是耶和華在他發烈怒的日子使我所受的苦? rsv≡哀≡1≡12≡'Is it nothing to you, all you who pass by? All my enemies have heard of my trouble;they are glad that thou hast done it. He has cast down from heaven to earth the splendor of Israel; he has not remembered his footstool in the day of his anger. cuv≡哀≡2≡2≡主吞滅雅各一切的住處,並不顧惜。他發怒傾覆猶大民的保障,使這保障坍倒在地;他辱沒這國和其中的首領。 rsv≡哀≡2≡2≡The Lord has destroyed without mercy all the habitations of Jacob; in his wrath he has broken down the strongholds of the daughter of Judah;he has brought down to the ground in dishonor the kingdom and its rulers. cuv≡哀≡2≡3≡他發烈怒,把以色列的角全然砍斷,在仇敵面前收回右手。他像火焰四圍吞滅,將雅各燒毀。 rsv≡哀≡2≡3≡He has cut down in fierce anger all the might of Israel; he has withdrawn from them his right hand in the face of the enemy;he has burned like a flaming fire in Jacob, consuming all around. cuv≡哀≡2≡4≡他張弓好像仇敵;他站著舉起右手,如同敵人將悅人眼目的,盡行殺戮。在錫安百姓的帳棚上倒出他的忿怒,像火一樣。 rsv≡哀≡2≡4≡He has bent his bow like an enemy, with his right hand set like a foe; and he has slain all the pride of our eyes in the tent of the daughter of Zion;he has poured out his fury like fire. cuv≡哀≡2≡5≡主如仇敵吞滅以色列和錫安的一切宮殿,拆毀百姓的保障;在猶大民中加增悲傷哭號。 rsv≡哀≡2≡5≡The Lord has become like an enemy, he has destroyed Israel; he has destroyed all its palaces, laid in ruins its strongholds;and he has multiplied in the daughter of Judah mourning and lamentation. cuv≡哀≡2≡6≡他強取自己的帳幕,好像是園中的窩棚,毀壞他的聚會之處。耶和華使聖節和安息日在錫安都被忘記,又在怒氣的憤恨中藐視君王和祭司。 rsv≡哀≡2≡6≡He has broken down his booth like that of a garden, laid in ruins the place of his appointed feasts; the LORD has brought to an end in Zion appointed feast and sabbath, and in his fierce indignation has spurned king and priest. cuv≡哀≡2≡7≡耶和華丟棄自己的祭壇,憎惡自己的聖所,將宮殿的牆垣交付仇敵。他們在耶和華的殿中喧嚷,像在聖會之日一樣。 rsv≡哀≡2≡7≡The Lord has scorned his altar, disowned his sanctuary; he has delivered into the hand of the enemy the walls of her palaces;a clamor was raised in the house of the LORD as on the day of an appointed feast. cuv≡哀≡2≡8≡耶和華定意拆毀錫安的城牆;他拉了準繩,不將手收回,定要毀滅。他使外郭和城牆都悲哀,一同衰敗。 rsv≡哀≡2≡8≡The LORD determined to lay in ruins the wall of the daughter of Zion; he marked it off by the line;he restrained not his hand from destroying;he caused rampart and wall to lament, they languish together. cuv≡哀≡2≡9≡錫安的門都陷入地內;主將他的門閂毀壞,折斷。他的君王和首領落在沒有律法的列國中;他的先知不得見耶和華的異象。 rsv≡哀≡2≡9≡Her gates have sunk into the ground; he has ruined and broken her bars;her king and princes are among the nations;the law is no more, and her prophets obtain no vision from the LORD. cuv≡哀≡2≡10≡錫安城的長老坐在地上默默無聲;他們揚起塵土落在頭上,腰束麻布;耶路撒冷的處女垂頭至地。 rsv≡哀≡2≡10≡The elders of the daughter of Zion sit on the ground in silence; they have cast dust on their heads and put on sackcloth;the maidens of Jerusalem have bowed their heads to the ground. cuv≡哀≡2≡11≡我眼中流淚,以致失明;我的心腸擾亂,肝膽塗地,都因我眾民遭毀滅,又因孩童和喫奶的在城內街上發昏。 rsv≡哀≡2≡11≡My eyes are spent with weeping; my soul is in tumult;my heart is poured out in grief because of the destruction of the daughter of my people, because infants and babes faint in the streets of the city. cuv≡哀≡2≡12≡那時,他們在城內街上發昏,好像受傷的,在母親的懷裡,將要喪命;對母親說:榖、酒在那裡呢? rsv≡哀≡2≡12≡They cry to their mothers, 'Where is bread and wine?' as they faint like wounded men in the streets of the city, as their life is poured out on their mothers' bosom. cuv≡哀≡2≡13≡耶路撒冷的民哪,我可用甚麼向你證明呢?我可用甚麼與你相比呢?錫安的民哪,我可拿甚麼和你比較,好安慰你呢?因為你的裂口大如海,誰能醫治你呢? rsv≡哀≡2≡13≡What can I say for you, to what compare you, O daughter of Jerusalem? What can I liken to you, that I may comfort you, O virgin daughter of Zion? For vast as the sea is your ruin; who can restore you? cuv≡哀≡2≡14≡你的先知為你見虛假和愚昧的異象,並沒有顯露你的罪孽,使你被擄的歸回;卻為你見虛假的默示和使你被趕出本境的緣故。 rsv≡哀≡2≡14≡Your prophets have seen for you false and deceptive visions; they have not exposed your iniquity to restore your fortunes, but have seen for you oracles false and misleading. cuv≡哀≡2≡15≡凡過路的都向你拍掌。他們向耶路撒冷城嗤笑,搖頭,說:難道人所稱為全美的,稱為全地所喜悅的,就是這城麼? rsv≡哀≡2≡15≡All who pass along the way clap their hands at you; they hiss and wag their heads at the daughter of Jerusalem;'Is this the city which was called the perfection of beauty, the joy of all the earth?' cuv≡哀≡2≡16≡你的仇敵都向你大大張口;他們嗤笑,又切齒說:我們吞滅他。這真是我們所盼望的日子臨到了!我們親眼看見了! rsv≡哀≡2≡16≡All your enemies rail against you; they hiss, they gnash their teeth, they cry: 'We have destroyed her! Ah, this is the day we longed for;now we have it;we see it!' cuv≡哀≡2≡17≡耶和華成就了他所定的,應驗了他古時所命定的。他傾覆了,並不顧惜,使你的仇敵向你誇耀;使你敵人的角也被高舉。 rsv≡哀≡2≡17≡The LORD has done what he purposed, has carried out his threat; as he ordained long ago, he has demolished without pity;he has made the enemy rejoice over you, and exalted the might of your foes. cuv≡哀≡2≡18≡錫安民的心哀求主。錫安的城牆啊,願你流淚如河,晝夜不息;願你眼中的瞳人淚流不止。 rsv≡哀≡2≡18≡Cry aloud to the Lord! O daughter of Zion! Let tears stream down like a torrent day and night! Give yourself no rest, your eyes no respite! cuv≡哀≡2≡19≡夜間,每逢交更的時候要起來呼喊,在主面前傾心如水。你的孩童在各市口上受餓發昏;你要為他們的性命向主舉手禱告。 rsv≡哀≡2≡19≡Arise, cry out in the night, at the beginning of the watches! Pour out your heart like water before the presence of the Lord! Lift your hands to him for the lives of your children, who faint for hunger at the head of every street. cuv≡哀≡2≡20≡耶和華啊,求你觀看!見你向誰這樣行?婦人豈可喫自己所生育手裡所搖弄的嬰孩麼?祭司和先知豈可在主的聖所中被殺戮麼? rsv≡哀≡2≡20≡Look, O LORD, and see! With whom hast thou dealt thus? Should women eat their offspring, the children of their tender care? Should priest and prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the Lord? cuv≡哀≡2≡21≡少年人和老年人都在街上躺臥;我的處女和壯丁都倒在刀下;你發怒的日子殺死他們。你殺了,並不顧惜。 rsv≡哀≡2≡21≡In the dust of the streets lie the young and the old; my maidens and my young men have fallen by the sword;in the day of thy anger thou hast slain them, slaughtering without mercy. cuv≡哀≡2≡22≡你招聚四圍驚嚇我的,像在大會的日子招聚人一樣。耶和華發怒的日子,無人逃脫,無人存留。我所搖弄所養育的嬰孩,仇敵都殺淨了。 rsv≡哀≡2≡22≡Thou didst invite as to the day of an appointed feast my terrors on every side; and on the day of the anger of the LORD none escaped or survived;those whom I dandled and reared my enemy destroyed. cuv≡哀≡3≡1≡我是因耶和華忿怒的杖,遭遇困苦的人。 rsv≡哀≡3≡1≡I am the man who has seen affliction under the rod of his wrath; cuv≡哀≡3≡2≡他引導我,使我行在黑暗中,不行在光明裡。 rsv≡哀≡3≡2≡he has driven and brought me into darkness without any light; cuv≡哀≡3≡3≡他真是終日再三反手攻擊我。 rsv≡哀≡3≡3≡surely against me he turns his hand again and again the whole day long. cuv≡哀≡3≡4≡他使我的皮肉枯乾;他折斷(或作:壓傷)我的骨頭。 rsv≡哀≡3≡4≡He has made my flesh and my skin waste away, and broken my bones; cuv≡哀≡3≡5≡他築壘攻擊我,用苦楚(原文是苦膽)和艱難圍困我。 rsv≡哀≡3≡5≡he has besieged and enveloped me with bitterness and tribulation; cuv≡哀≡3≡6≡他使我住在幽暗之處,像死了許久的人一樣。 rsv≡哀≡3≡6≡he has made me dwell in darkness like the dead of long ago. cuv≡哀≡3≡7≡他用籬笆圍住我,使我不能出去;他使我的銅鍊沉重。 rsv≡哀≡3≡7≡He has walled me about so that I cannot escape; he has put heavy chains on me; cuv≡哀≡3≡8≡我哀號求救;他使我的禱告不得上達。 rsv≡哀≡3≡8≡though I call and cry for help, he shuts out my prayer; cuv≡哀≡3≡9≡他用鑿過的石頭擋住我的道;他使我的路彎曲。 rsv≡哀≡3≡9≡he has blocked my ways with hewn stones, he has made my paths crooked. cuv≡哀≡3≡10≡他向我如熊埋伏,如獅子在隱密處。 rsv≡哀≡3≡10≡He is to me like a bear lying in wait, like a lion in hiding; cuv≡哀≡3≡11≡他使我轉離正路,將我撕碎,使我淒涼。 rsv≡哀≡3≡11≡he led me off my way and tore me to pieces; he has made me desolate; cuv≡哀≡3≡12≡他張弓將我當作箭靶子。 rsv≡哀≡3≡12≡he bent his bow and set me as a mark for his arrow. cuv≡哀≡3≡13≡他把箭袋中的箭射入我的肺腑。 rsv≡哀≡3≡13≡He drove into my heart the arrows of his quiver; cuv≡哀≡3≡14≡我成了眾民的笑話;他們終日以我為歌曲。 rsv≡哀≡3≡14≡I have become the laughingstock of all peoples, the burden of their songs all day long. cuv≡哀≡3≡15≡他用苦楚充滿我,使我飽用茵蔯。 rsv≡哀≡3≡15≡He has filled me with bitterness, he has sated me with wormwood. cuv≡哀≡3≡16≡他又用沙石磣斷我的牙,用灰塵將我蒙蔽。 rsv≡哀≡3≡16≡He has made my teeth grind on gravel, and made me cower in ashes; cuv≡哀≡3≡17≡你使我遠離平安,我忘記好處。 rsv≡哀≡3≡17≡my soul is bereft of peace, I have forgotten what happiness is; cuv≡哀≡3≡18≡我就說:我的力量衰敗;我在耶和華那裡毫無指望! rsv≡哀≡3≡18≡so I say, 'Gone is my glory, and my expectation from the LORD.' cuv≡哀≡3≡19≡耶和華啊,求你記念我如茵蔯和苦膽的困苦窘迫。 rsv≡哀≡3≡19≡Remember my affliction and my bitterness, the wormwood and the gall! cuv≡哀≡3≡20≡我心想念這些,就在裡面憂悶。 rsv≡哀≡3≡20≡My soul continually thinks of it and is bowed down within me. cuv≡哀≡3≡21≡我想起這事,心裡就有指望。 rsv≡哀≡3≡21≡But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: cuv≡哀≡3≡22≡我們不致消滅,是出於耶和華諸般的慈愛;是因他的憐憫不致斷絕。 rsv≡哀≡3≡22≡The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; cuv≡哀≡3≡23≡每早晨,這都是新的;你的誠實極其廣大! rsv≡哀≡3≡23≡they are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness. cuv≡哀≡3≡24≡我心裡說:耶和華是我的分,因此,我要仰望他。 rsv≡哀≡3≡24≡'The LORD is my portion,' says my soul, 'therefore I will hope in him.' cuv≡哀≡3≡25≡凡等候耶和華,心裡尋求他的,耶和華必施恩給他。 rsv≡哀≡3≡25≡The LORD is good to those who wait for him, to the soul that seeks him. cuv≡哀≡3≡26≡人仰望耶和華,靜默等候他的救恩,這原是好的。 rsv≡哀≡3≡26≡It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. cuv≡哀≡3≡27≡人在幼年負軛,這原是好的。 rsv≡哀≡3≡27≡It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth. cuv≡哀≡3≡28≡他當獨坐無言,因為這是耶和華加在他身上的。 rsv≡哀≡3≡28≡Let him sit alone in silence when he has laid it on him; cuv≡哀≡3≡29≡他當口貼塵埃,或者有指望。 rsv≡哀≡3≡29≡let him put his mouth in the dust -- there may yet be hope; cuv≡哀≡3≡30≡他當由人打他的腮頰,要滿受凌辱。 rsv≡哀≡3≡30≡let him give his cheek to the smiter, and be filled with insults. cuv≡哀≡3≡31≡因為主必不永遠丟棄人。 rsv≡哀≡3≡31≡For the Lord will not cast off for ever, cuv≡哀≡3≡32≡主雖使人憂愁,還要照他諸般的慈愛發憐憫。 rsv≡哀≡3≡32≡but, though he cause grief, he will have compassion according to the abundance of his steadfast love; cuv≡哀≡3≡33≡因他並不甘心使人受苦,使人憂愁。 rsv≡哀≡3≡33≡for he does not willingly afflict or grieve the sons of men. cuv≡哀≡3≡34≡人將世上被囚的踹(原文是壓)在腳下, rsv≡哀≡3≡34≡To crush under foot all the prisoners of the earth, cuv≡哀≡3≡35≡或在至高者面前屈枉人, rsv≡哀≡3≡35≡to turn aside the right of a man in the presence of the Most High, cuv≡哀≡3≡36≡或在人的訟事上顛倒是非,這都是主看不上的。 rsv≡哀≡3≡36≡to subvert a man in his cause, the Lord does not approve. cuv≡哀≡3≡37≡除非主命定,誰能說成就成呢? rsv≡哀≡3≡37≡Who has commanded and it came to pass, unless the Lord has ordained it? cuv≡哀≡3≡38≡禍福不都出於至高者的口麼? rsv≡哀≡3≡38≡Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that good and evil come? cuv≡哀≡3≡39≡活人因自己的罪受罰,為何發怨言呢?
