Sermon Topic: 福杯滿溢的人生 Live out a life with overflowing blessings

Scripture: Psalm詩篇 23

Opening

• Sermon Title: “福杯滿溢的人生.” (Read, memorize, and meditate Psalm 23.)   
• What does a “cup” 杯子remind you? 與生活息息相關, 與喜慶歡樂有關, 與榮譽得獎有關, 杯有特色, 有紀念性…它讓我們想到經過的事, 去過的地方.
• Psalm 23可能是 David 年老之作. 他曾是 牧童, 勇士, 君王, 也是詩人. David以 “福杯滿溢,” 來形容一生與神同行的經歷. Psalm 23, 看到 David向神的禱告, 讚美, 對神的渴慕, 以及蒙福的經歷.
• 你的杯裝了多少上帝所賜的福氣呢?  
• 盼望從Psalm 23 你能看到你也可以“福杯滿溢,” 活出一個祝福滿滿的人生.  從Psalm 23 看到

I. 蒙福的應許 - 10 副蒙福的圖畫

1. 主是牧者

• 詩23:1〔大衛的詩。〕耶和華是我的牧者．我必不至缺乏。

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.

• 神是福氣的源頭.

• 與神有親密的關係便是福氣. “耶和華是我的牧者,” 因此 “我必不至缺乏.”

福氣不只是物質的豐富, 事業的成就… 與神有親密的關係是極大的福氣.

• “我必不至缺乏.” 貫穿整篇詩篇.

詩23:2 他使我躺臥在青草地上 (no lack of provision)、領我在可安歇的水邊(no lack of peace) 。
詩23:3 他使我的靈魂甦醒 (no lack of restoration)、為自己的名引導我走義路(no lack of guidance)。
詩23:4 我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷、也不怕遭害( no lack of courage)．因為你與我同在．你的杖、你的竿、都安慰我 (no lack of comfort)  。
詩23:5 在我敵人面前、你為我擺設筵席 (no lack of protection, preservation and honor)．你用油膏了我的頭 (no lack of joy)、使我的福杯滿溢 (no lack of fullness of blessing)。

詩23:6 我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我 (no lack of God’s favor)．我且要住在耶和華的殿中、直到永遠 (no lack of hope and an eternal home)。

· Psalm 23 想到 耶穌是好牧人

o 約10:9 我就是門．凡從我進來的、必然得救、並且出入得草喫。
 "I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
約10:10 盜賊來、無非要偷竊、殺害、毀壞．我來了、是要叫羊〔或作人〕得生命、並且得的更豐盛。

"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.

約10:14 我是好牧人．我認識我的羊、我的羊也認識我。"I am the good shepherd, and I know My own and My own know Me,
約10:15 正如父認識我、我也認識父一樣．並且我為羊捨命。
even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.

2. 青草地, 湉水旁

• 詩23:2 他使我躺臥在青草地上、領我在可安歇的水邊。詩23:3a 他使我的靈魂甦醒、
  He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul;
• “湉” 有安靜之義, 湉水潤我舌, 湉水暢我心.
• 神三方面的供應 – 身體的需要, 心靈的滿足, 靈魂甦醒; 身,心,靈 三方面, 全人的滿足.  認識主, 認祂是牧者, 祂能滿足我們的需要, 更應許我們豐盛的生命.
• 蒙福的途徑 - 聽從神

3.  神的義路

• 詩23:3b …為自己的名引導我走義路。
  He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
• 蒙福的人生不是靜態的人生, 不是老停在青草地上, 或可安歇的水邊, 而是在走的當中經歷神. 在走的當中, 神為自己的名, 引導我走義路.
• 什麼是義路呢 ? (what)
• 正路A right path
• 有主引導的路A guided path
• 尊重主名的路An honored path – His name is honored.
• 人常問, “ 如何知道神的引導? ” (how)
• Conviction of the Holy Spirit 聖靈的感動 (Walk with the Spirit)
• Confirmation of God’s words 神話語印證
• Compliance of the circumstances 環境的提醒
• Counsel of others 朋友的勸勉
• Complement of common sense 一般的常識
• 迷失的羊, 形容偏行己路 – 失去牧人, 迷失方向, 偏離正路.   
• 蒙福的途徑 – 跟隨神

4. 不懼死蔭幽谷

· 詩23:4a 我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷、也不怕遭害．因為你與我同在．… Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me;

· 生命中有危險, 有幽谷, 但有神的同在就不害怕.

5. 安慰的竿杖

· 詩23:4b …你的杖、你的竿、都安慰我。 … Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

· 竿 和杖, 代表提醒和管教,  主所愛的祂必管教. (Heb. 12: 6)

來12:6 因為主所愛的他必管教、又鞭打凡所收納的兒子。』
For those whom the Lord loves He disciplines, And He scourges every son whom He receives."

Example

– As a parent, we made mistakes. We see our shadows in our children’s lives. Let us be reminded of the lessons and make changes. This is blessing as well.  

– A goal-oriented person, when travel, must go to every scenery spot. Once got sick in Geneva, Switzerland. relax…slow down.

6. 敵前設宴

• 詩23:5a 在我敵人面前、你為我擺設筵席．…
  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
• 唱空城記? No! There is a difference. 空城記 – 心虛, 詩人卻有一分篤定. 因為他專注神, 而非敵人.
• 敵前設宴, 不是千里之外. 如同砂粒在蚌殼之中. 久而久之成了珍珠. 
• 蒙福的途徑 – 專注神

7. 頭蒙膏油

• 詩23:5b 你用油膏了我的頭、使我的福杯滿溢。
  You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows.
• Oil – 生活所需, 醫治, 喜樂, 按立 (King, Priest, Prophet.)
• Imaging head to head conflict between two sheep, bruised, painful, depressed, but the gentle touch and anointing of oil ease the pain and comfort the heart. So the oil is also a picture of rejoicing.
• 蒙福的途徑 – 依偎神 (clinging to God)

8. 福杯滿溢

· 詩23:5c  你用油膏了我的頭、使我的福杯滿溢。
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows.

· 滿溢是浪費嗎? 滿溢是為分享.

Have you thought about why “brimming and overflowing?” It is not wasting, it is to share.

· 滿溢也不在乎杯子的大小.Overflowing does not depend on size of the cup.

Example – Elijah and the widow (2 King 17: 8 – 24)

王上17:9…我已吩咐那裡的一個寡婦供養你。17:10以利亞就起身往撒勒法去、到了城門、見有一個寡婦在那裡撿柴．以利亞呼叫他、說、求你用器皿取點水來給我喝。 17:11他去取水的時候、以利亞又呼叫他、說、也求你拿點餅來給我。 17:12他說、我指著永生耶和華你的　神起誓、我沒有餅、罈內只有一把麵、瓶裡只有一點油．我現在找兩根柴、回家要為我和我兒子作餅．我們喫了、死就死罷。 17:13以利亞對他說、不要懼怕．可以照你所說的去作罷．只要先為我作一個小餅、拿來給我、然後為你和你的兒子作餅。 17:14因為耶和華以色列的　神如此說、罈內的麵必不減少、瓶裡的油必不缺短、直到耶和華使雨降在地上的日子。 17:15婦人就照以利亞的話去行．他和他家中的人、並以利亞、喫了許多日子。 17:16罈內的麵果不減少、瓶裡的油也不缺短、正如耶和華藉以利亞所說的話。

· 一把麵、一點油, 一樣可以福杯滿溢!

9. 慈恩追隨

• 詩23:6a 我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我．

Surely goodness and loving-kindness will follow (chase after, pursue) me all the days of my life,…

Example:

- Story of carrying an iron to vacation

- Often we let “worry” “debts” “other’s wrong” “kids,” “boss,”  chase us…why not let it down to the Lord. 

• 蒙福的途徑 – 卸給神

10. 常住主殿

• 詩23:6b 我且要住在耶和華的殿中、直到永遠。
  …And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

· 約14:1 你們心裡不要憂愁．你們信　神、也當信我。
 "Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me.
約14:2 在我父的家裡、有許多住處．若是沒有、我就早已告訴你們了．我去原是為你們豫備地方去。
 "In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you.
約14:3 我若去為你們豫備了地方、就必再來接你們到我那裡去．我在那裡、叫你們也在那裡。
 "If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

· 蒙福的途徑 – 渴慕神, 親近神, 盼望神

II. 蒙福的根據 -  v. 3 為自己的名引導我走義路。

· Psalm 23 and GOD'S NAMES

· Jehovah耶和華 - YHWH was so sacred as to be unspeakable. (Isaiah 42:8). Yet He is willing to be our shepherd.

· Name the scriptures in Ps. 23 that reflect God’s names本篇與神名字的關係

v. 1 Jehovah-Raah – The Lord my shepherd. (Ps. 23:1)

耶和華我的牧者

v. 1, 2 Jehovah-Jireh – The Lord will provide.

耶和華以勒 - 耶和華必預備 (Gen 22: 13 – 14)

v. 2. Jehovah-Shalom – The Lord our peace.

耶和華沙龍 -耶和華賜平安 (Judges 6:24)

v. 3 Jehovah-Tsidkenu – The Lord our righteousness.

耶和華沙堅奴 - 耶和華我們的義 (Jer 23:6)

v. 4. Jehovah-Nissi – The Lord my banner.  (Exodus 17: 8 – 15)

耶和華尼西 - 耶和華是我旌旗

III. Summary

· YHWH-Yireh (Yahweh-Yireh) — "The Lord will provide" (Genesis 22:13, 14).

· YHWH-Rapha" — "The Lord that healeth" (Exodus 15:26).

· YHWH-Niss"i (Yahweh-Nissi) — "The Lord our Banner" (Exodus 17:8-15).

· YHWH-Shalom — "The Lord our Peace" (Judges 6:24).

· YHWH-Ra-ah — "The Lord my Shepherd" (Psalms 23:1).

· YHWH-Tsidkenu — "The Lord our Righteousness" (Jeremiah 23:6).

· YHWH-Shammah — "The Lord is present" (Ezekiel 48:35).
